I didn't officially move in until Tuesday night,11/26. I have not completed the in-home inspection yet, so I can't give a 5-star rating. As of now, I have not had any serious problems with the community, but I haven't explored the area either.
I love my neighbors. New and current. We talk and interact when we can with our busy schedules. We look out for one another, and call each other if needed
Updates to the buildings are nice. Maintenance is always quick to respond and the new garbage pickup company is doing an excellent job. Pool dying the summer is always clean. I have been here three years and every year continues to be better!
I absolutely love my apartment been here for 4 years. Low on crime, gated, efficient staff, and they are renovating all the apartments. Janie is my favorite person in the office. She’s very nice and helpful.
Hard to get anything done as far as repairs or fixing outdoor lights or my door on patio, loud neighbors, paid covered parking is always someone parking in mine and mail boxes are broken into on the weekly
I enjoy the community I have here. It is convenient and close to my favorite places. It has been a great place to live. They are quick with maintenance and ensuring that everything is taken care of
I would like my apartment to be renovated. We already pay a lot as it is so it should come with the price. The carpet needs to be taken up and add new tile but was told it would be $25 or more extra a month.
So far everything is going very well, the area is quiet and it is close to the highway exit. The apartment has new appliances and everything is going very well

Love these apartments. It is very quiet and safe environment. I feel like i made the right decision by choosing these apartments to become my very first home.
My experience has been great thus far, from my leasing agent (Netta) down to my maintenance guy (Lawrence) taking care of any issues promply.
Ms. Netta is such a great help. Any problems they come fix it right then and there, so far so good. The staff is friendly, valet does a really great job with getting the trash
Much better now that they upgraded the maintenance staff. Tickets are being done much faster. Thank yall for fixing the problem. Hopefully it m stays this way

I’ve lived my experience of moving into my first apartment. The lease signing process was easy and quick. Everything has been good and nice for me as of now.
It's alright around here, the community is pretty quiet but I find management to be kind of unprofessional. I do not feel like the unit I'm renting is worth the price that I'm renting it for but that's everywhere nowadays. I like the pool and having a balcony though.

I’ve been here since 2018 and I love living here!! It’s very peaceful, I have a toddler and I never had any issues with safety. I love how quickly they resound to maintenance request.

The maintenance is not consistent, they will go up on rent without any notice or upgrading. Ms Janie is top tier though! Some of the front desk employees could be more knowledgeable and professional. The gates have been working more than usual lately which good.

I love living here. The location is amazing. My apartment is beautiful and the layout is perfect! It’s quiet and everyone is very friendly. We have a very nice pool, trash pickup at your door. The staff and maintenance are great.
The only reason I’m giving five stars is because I actually like the apartment. It’s spacious and has everything I need. The horrible thing about me living here is the trash from my neighbors. It’s embarrassing to have company over and to walk up and see trash in the breezeway along with sour smells. It seems like the apartment complex doesn’t care but I know they can only do so much.
This is my first place on my own and i couldn't have picked a better apartment complex! The apartment is great and not a lot of noise. The location is perfect as well!!!
Can't park in you own paid parking spot because everyone else is parking spot and office told me they can't do anything about it! Took 3 months to fix my account. Trash fairy only picks up on 3rd floor once a week.

I have had the worse experience living here. I called multiple times about the trash outside my apartment. There’s empty food containers, trash outside my door as soon as I open my front door. Trash been sitting outside for weeks no one came to address the situation. Trash cans outside with trash overflowing next to my apartment. It’s gotten so bad where I’m starting to see nats. I may have to break my lease before this problem gets any worse

Service is terrible for the amount of money that has to be paid to live here. Maintenance is close to NONEXISTENT. The office is horrible as well. If you want a situation resolved in a timely manner, you have contact the office multiple times to be assisted. This is my first and will be my last time ever residing here. Being a resident here is not worth the mental headache. 0/10 recommended.
My wife and I lived here for 3 years and it was some of the most horrendous living conditions we have ever experienced. I don’t even know where to start. Upkeep and maintenance is terrible, management does nothing, unsafe neighbors, domestic violence in adjoining units, multiple police calls, car vandalization, broken trash compactors that don’t get fixed, a paid trash valet service that does not always pick up, broken appliances that took over a year to get fixed, leaky faucets, and high crime. Each experience I listed above deserves its own story that would take far too long to list in a review. I have lost count of how many renters violations this complex jeopardized while I lived there but it was most likely most of them. This complex needs to be shut down and brought to court for the living conditions they allow their residents to live in. The complex is unsafe to live in, in every possible manner - whether it be in its property upkeep or criminal activity in the area. If you’re looking to live here, move on. They don’t deserve your money or your time of day.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This place may look good on the outside but on the inside it’s horrible. I’ve had so many maintenance request put in and none of them have been fixed. Every time I call they ignore my calls especially during the week. They’ll be gathered in the office laughing and joking around. The garbage is supposed to get picked up and they charge you $23 a month for it. 5-10 times out the month you will have to take it out and you will still get charged. I sat my trash outside and the people picking it up tore my bags open. They left our trash everywhere (in front of my door and in the hallway). At 2am I had to pick all my trash up. These apartments have leakage and mold issues. They also have pest control issues. When I asked for the owner’s number I get the run around. I reached out to the community director but I got no response. The manager is NEVER there. They treat residents horrible. They treat us like we are at a trifling daycare. The cabinets are falling into the floor, the sinks leak, and the showers leak. The panels all around the apartment are cracked and messed up. I cannot wait til my lease is up. If I could buy myself out of this lease I would. This is not a place to call home. And you may ask well why did you move here?? Well one I couldn’t see my apartment til the day I was supposed to move in. I was desperate for a place to stay so everything I noticed after I moved in I didn’t notice at first. Two, the lady who showed me around basically tole me this is a great place to raise my two LO (NOT). I guess they send her out to make the place seem better. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would.
I recently got a job promotion and had to end my lease early after signing for 2 years. I’m happy I’m finally gone from this place. I feel way more can be done for residents that live on the property. When I was asked for a corporate number numerous times they act like I was speaking another language. My refrigerator was finally fixed after putting in 20 work orders for 2 years I lived there once I have noticed that I was leaving. I was in my apartment for 2 weeks with no a/c waiting on a part to be ordered in 100 degree weather in the mid summer. I was never once late on rent and they actually had the audacity to charge me a fee to shampoo the carpet after moving out to get the apartment ready for the next tenant. I even had my car towed and had to pay $250 to get my vehicle back because I was scared to walk 2 apartment complexes over to my apartment. Parking is horrible and the police stay in the complex responding to domestic violence cases in the complex. The gate is always broken and open 24/7 for anyone to enter or exit no security or safety. The trash compactor is always broken and trash piles up in the doorways and all over the property.
It took about 3 weeks longer than it was supposed to for me to even move into my apartment because every time i tried to move in it was another excuse. When i finally moved in the apartment hadn't been cleaned they eventually sent someone out to come and spray paint over the vents in the room because they were dusty and filthy. Currently I have mold in my apartment. I've complained for 2 months now and me and my niece that lives with me have been getting sick from it. I've complained and complained but all they did was sent someone over to spray bleach on it. I really regret the day i moved in! They haven't tried to offer me another apartment until they can dig the ceiling out of my bathroom to remove the mold. They say the people above me needs a new shower pan so every time they take a shower it rains in my bathroom and through my vent in my bathroom! I don't why someone can't come and fix it! Its so frustrating !
My experience has not been a good one. I moved in on Dec. 17th to an apartment with door barely on and they replaced door but who would feel comfortable living in an apt that looks like door been kicked open 29 times. Finally found a new place in the same complex and supposed to move on 1/7th but havent heard anything probably wont until day before I really wish I would have listened to reviews unfortunately moving from out of town and cant find something else ..Not to mention I was charged $619 to transfer even though I had a police report from my neighbor walking into my apartment! Do not rent here there are several other places in the area thats better!
Lincoln Memorial is a beautiful apartment complex with a beautiful layout there are minor inconveniences as far as maintenance request being prioritized and failure to communicate with leasing office because no one answers during working hours and I call all day long different times just to ensure that they are available but Im not going to say my family isnt comfortable here things can be better a lot better
My move in was horrible. The apartment needed alot of things fixed. There is no working A/C

I applied for an apartment on 10/4/2021. Paid the $124 administrative fee. Called 10/4/2021 to follow up and provided docs needed. The quote expires today 10/7/2021. I have called the different phone numbers. No one picks up the phone, it continues to ring, prompts to select a leasing agent or go to voice mail. I have left messages and still nothing. Since I am moving out of state, I need to move quickly. Apparently my money is not important. Refund1

Maintenance was nonexistant. There were never enough workers for the amount of issues happening. They were asking for people in the complex to apply for the position of Maintenance manager every few months so obviously they were not willing to dish out the money for any manager to do their job right.

I have been a resident for the past 20 year living in two different areas. I have enjoyed living here, feeling very safe as well as appreciated by the staff. This is a great property, of course there are improvements that could be made, but over all I would not hesitate to recommend it to my family or friends!

Condition of the apartment, have management stick with the moving date that was planned 2.5 months ago, have the apartment actually ready for tenant to move in. Our move in date was pushed back a week (Thanksgiving week, 2 days before thanksgiving), we were told the carpets were being replaced and they werent. They were soaking wet on move in day, all the blinds need to be replaced, the OTR and oven need to be replaced. The dishwasher that was once white, is yellow along with the refrigerator. The front door doesnt seal all the way so theres a gap when its closed. None of the blinds match, some are ripped/broken, the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are nasty, have hair in them. The master bath needed to be resurfaced but was deep cleaned supposedly and its still nasty. We were never invited to actually see the apartment UNTIL move in day. We were told its virtual but the day we moved in, a walk in customer was taken to view an apartment. This has been the most frustrating experience Ive ever had. Oh, and the kitchen sink drips constantly. Our move in date was a week ago and we havent stayed there a night yet.

I moved in this community in 2016 and the first year was absolutely amazing. Soon as I renewed my lease I encountered a major problem with my truck being stolen from my building and later on I began to notice that happen more issues similar to mine became common as well as tires being stolen from the residence cars. The staff did work it out and it became better again which is why I renewed again. Overall it is a great place to live and it's very close to everything.
