Property Ratings at Lincoln Court Apartments
We have only lived here for 10 days and love the community and the apartment but the management team cannot answer any questions and really do not seem to know what they are doing. I hope it gets better but for now I can't give them more than 2 starts.

So i scheduled a tour to see a 2 bedroom. The day come and im on time but guess what there no one there to give me the tour. No ones reaches out saying they are on their way or nothing, then the number they gave me no one answered the phone so i pretty much was stood up and no one ever even called me the day after to see what happened or anything. That was all the signs i needed not to live there when i couldn’t even get in to see it.

first apartment. not too bad . water pressure is low and for the most part cold . the hallway carpet smells in need of deep cleaning. no washer or dryer in sight even though it's listed. billing online has annoying fees . Also no wifi . great transportation. quiet and peaceful. A lot of stores nearby. rent and electric is not too expensive.
TLDR summary> You could do better, but you could also do much worse. The location is nice. Transit and businesses well within reach. Scenery is way better than what you'd expect for the location. Decent amounts of shade, greenery, and parking. But then there is the building itself. Certainly not bad, with TONS of potential, but like a High School teacher talking to a student's parents, that potential is not being met. There's no BIG issues and rarely will everything be ground to a halt, but the little things add up. They're understaffed and unquestionably bit off more than they could chew with the overall upkeep. The lack of an actual office and anyone permanently on site REALLY hurts this location. The office is located in another building a decent drive away. Getting ahold of staff is a nightmare, but once you have their ear if you're vigilant it isn't TOO hard to keep their attention. Being polite and and diligent goes a long way, pretty sure others with shorter tempers have gotten less done than I have. The apartments themselves are nice. Have only seen a few and only lived in my one apartment (one bedroom) and they're not perfect, but very much in the realm of "good enough" Be prepared to have some work done, as issues will be missed and it is clear that they're operating on the "faster and easier' side of things but again, in this market, global situation, and society in general, you could do muuuuuch worse. In fact that is my summary of this complex, company, and review. You could do much worse. Certainly you could do better, but despite my overall issues, none of it could fall even close to "nightmare" territory, and far too many people I've known have had nightmare experiences. If you want a seamless "here is my money" transition look elsewhere. If you're willing to accept that you will need to put in some effort and nothing will ever be perfect, this is a place to call home. Every neighbor I've met has been nice, the location is stellar, and all things considered, the value for dollar is nothing to sneeze at.
No hot water in months. Management is non responsive. Only upside is the location.
If I didn’t have to move to a different state due to a career change I wouldn’t. My experience here has been nothing short of amazing. I been living here for 1 year. The leasing manager is great and always respond in a timely manner. Online rent payment is great. Comfortable living. No major issues inside the apartment. If I never move back, I would choose to live here again!
Staff is wonderful. Location nice. No elevator, decent apartments with upgrades occurring. Online payments are an absolute nightmare, talk about fee after fee even when you try to pay. Additionally, AC jacks your electric bill up to about $200 even if its set at 70 for a 1 BR. Also, no elevator, moving is a hassle.
