About Lincoln Gardens Senior Living Community

Lincoln Gardens Senior Living Community is a newly renovated historic building for seniors ages 55+, who fall under a certain income. We offer 1 and 2 bedroom units, each with high ceilings, air conditioning, dishwashers, and tons of storage. The building also features an elevator, a community room, laundry room, exercise space, library, and computer lab. Outside spaces include 2 gazebos, a patio, barbeque grill area, and a tenant garden. Up to 2 pets are allowed with an additional deposit. We always maintain a wait list, and keep applications in the order that they are received. We accept housing vouchers from Arbor Development, Hornell Housing Authority, and any other verifiable voucher source. Please email for a free application, or pick one up at our Welcome Desk on location.
