Lincoln Park Apartments and Townhomes

Second review. We can now include the mold in the ac units, the non functional upstairs back bedroom heater , the out of code and illegal electrical box that has a 40% failure rate . No fire extinguisher we were promised when we moved in.. we finally bought our own . Multiple soft spots in the flooring that were noted on move in.

Our neighbors on either side of us are awesome. They're quiet and respectful. One of them even left us a sweet card saying how he appreciated having us as neighbors.

I enjoy the peace and quiet. Office staff is helpful and works with you as much as they can. Only issue is if you don't pay for parking then its a struggle finding parking

Being here has been a great experience. It’s quiet and clean! Everyone respects each others space and everyone is also so friendly! I enjoy seeing all the friendly faces in the morning and during passing. Couldn’t ask to be in a better place!

i’ve had no issues here this is my second year as i renewed my lease. The neighborhood is very well kept and it’s very clean. trash comes twice a week so there really isn’t issues with trash overflow and stink .

We still like it here been here almost 5 years. Last year gotten a little bit with new neighbors but it isn't to bad. Maintenance is new but still good.

Moving in was an easy process. The staff were great! The residents are nice. The maintenance is short staff so it takes awhile for them to come out to fix issues, but other than that, it’s a great place so far

I love the apartments and how they keep up with the outside,everyone is nice and friendly and if you have a question they answer it with a smile

Poor painting and drywall.. on the plus side I have zero trouble finding studs since most of the dry wall screws are popping threw. One week in and I already want to move.. Plumbing failure and a refrigerator failure as well as the unanswered maintenance requests.. Top it off with the smell of Marijuana

Love my apartment and the neighborhood. Clean and quiet and lots of families. Sally is the best, she helped me a lot throughout the process and made sure I was pleased.

i really think it’s a great place to stay. i recommend this neighborhood to anyone. it’s very calm and everything is nice and clean. You don’t hear people as it feels your living here by yourself

Property is nice, good amenities and so far al of our neighbors have been good. It usually quiet maintenance is good as well we love it had a washer and dryer and fridge to very helpful for people moving in

i really like it here as it’s a quiet neighborhood. It’s not dirty at all . they really do there job here it’s not like you wait a long time for them to come and fix something and they are respectful and polite . everything is just awesome !! i’m so glad i decided to move here !!

We just moved in and Angel and Sally were both so kind and helpful through the entire process. We like the area and the community events. We are excited to live here.

I give 5 stars ONLY because of the STAFF. OFFICE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE STAFF ARE AWESOME! The staff at this Lincoln Park Complex are a compliment to Moegan Properties. Without the office and maintenance persons, I would give a 2 star rating. The apartments are very outdated. The office and maintenance personnel are trying hard to get the apartments in good condition. I thank Angel and her team for putting the effort in the apartments. Angel is down to earth and you can talk to her about anything. She is a real people person. She leads her coworkers in a positive manner. The maintenance personnel are very quick to respond to an issue. Marvin and his team are awesome as well. Thank you Angel and her whole team.

Been good quiet nice neighbors no issues just wish we could do updating on appliances n some painting n new carpets since mine wasn't new when I moved in

It’s okay, sometimes quiet, clean and some fun things your able to do and enjoy as long as you can keep Up and clean or whatever there’s nothing wrong with it

People are quiet and aren’t nosy, it’s a very relaxed environment which I appreciate as a night shift worker. I also appreciated my sidewalk being updated!

Going on year 3 here at Lincoln Park and we have no complaints! The grounds are kept clean and beautiful with seasonal plants, and the leasing office is great at communicating things. We appreciate the little community events they put together!

Quite and the staff is awesome always professional. It's very clean and pet friendly stores are very close and the community is nice we haven't had any issues

My move was hassle free and the apartment is great. I don’t have anything to complain about. Theres plenty of parking and my neighbors have all been friendly, park within walking distance, everything in working order. So far so good.

Overall a nice and quiet place to live. Parking on the other hand is starting to become an issue. Starting to notice a lot more cars parked in the lot some that never move and are just taking up space

I love it here. The community is quiet, the staff is pleasant, i can definitely picture myself here for a long time. We've been here three months and i couldn't be happier

Apartments are nice, and having a balcony is a big win! Very friendly neighborhood and dog friendly! Not much noise here and we’re pretty close to west reading for different events. The staff and maintenance team are the best and listen for all feedback. Overall it’s been great here and we’ve renewed our lease for another year. Leading options are very flexible.

It’s quiet. 99% of the time there’s parking available. Rent is just too high and fees higher. Paying with cards even higher fees making it hard to pay on time

I love it here !! Very nice and quiet neighborhood and feel comfortable here I love my home and hopefully this is how it stays I really enjoy it here

I haven't met anyone yet. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. I really appreciate the thermostats for each separate room. I also love the many electrical outlets in the apartment.

I love this place; the application process was quick and easy, the apartment is gorgeous and everything is perfect. I can't wait to start decorating and really making this place feel like home. Patrick was a great help.

The staff does an amazing job making this a community. They have events regularly. And are always friendly and helpful. Have been here for a couple years and choose LP because of how the neighborhood is.

I could not be more pleased with living here. Office staff and maintenance is top notch. Any problems I have had has been addressed timely. Very pleased.

It’s been very smooth so far love the environment and the other residents have all been welcoming, it’s just me and my dog yui so we’re very low maintenance and really try to stay out the way but from small interactions in the area I’ve come to feel very at home

Community is nice. Ppl keep to themselves. Grounds are pretty.the best thing at this location is the office staff- Angel, Patrick, Justin, and the new guy. Without the staff this place would be lost and a hole in the wall. The apartments (at least mine) are run down. Old appliances, holes throughout the apartment, AC's are not insulated and at the one AC you can actually see the outside, that is how big the holes are in this apartment. Was using command hooks, so there wouldn't be any nail holes in the walls, but there are so many layers of paint on the walls, that the command hooks actually stretch the paint, and leaves a big hollow area. I started using nails, BC the hooks pull away from the wall BC of the layers of paint. And the carpet is not good carpet, probably the worse carpet I have ever come across. It's a shame my apartment is the way it is, BC it would be a very nice homey apartment, if it was fixed up.

Love my apartment community is quiet and residents friendly. Plenty of space and convenient location. Very pet friendly and the amenities are a bonus

Decent place to live. Safe, clean. Price ok for area. Apartments are older but kept well. Staff is easy to work with. Near alot of amenities.

So far Lincoln Park has been great for me and my kids. There are plenty of kids to play with and the location is great! It was a great choice coming here.

Good community. Quiet and clean, park nearby, outdoor fitness center, bikes available, good location near many stores and quick access to the highway.

We've been living her for about two months and absolutely love it! The apartment is a great size and beautiful. Any issues we've had have been very quickly fixed upon reaching out to the leasing office/maintenance, and the location is perfect. We're so close to anything we could possibly want.

This is a wonderful place. It is very clean inside and out, all the neighbors are very friendly, and the acceptance of pets bring an insurmountable amount of joy not only to my own home but also whenever I see others passing by.

Everything is great just not happy with the “upgraded kitchen” microwave is broken, outdated. Stove is very outdated just looks old and over used for the price. Other than that property is great so far!!

Central ac would have been nice. Washer unit slightly too small. Otherwise no other issues. It gets really stuffy in here during the summer with super high and uncomfortable humidity levels.

Overall pleasant and nice. I have friended a lot of residents. The dogs mostly nice too. The maintenance workers, Gary & Justin, are very nice too.

It’s a nice small house some things need updating and some stuff fixed but it’s a nice place to live and be able to enjoy and have a safe place

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! They will do nothing to help you but instead make your life a living hell by making you pay for everything. They kept the only copy of a PFA I had and never returned it to me!!!!

It’s great, e-mails could be answered back a little more timely. Give us options to have carpet cleaning through the year for a discounted price

Recently moved from NYC and I can truly say, it’s been relaxing and beautiful here. Patrick, has been superb. The neighborhood is great, the complex very clean and neighbors very to themselves.

Moved in Mat 2023. So far experience has been wonderful. Quiet, maintenance is amazing. Love all the free perks. Patrick in the office is always so accommodating and friendly.

The leasing team has been very professional, courteous and welcoming during the rental and move in process! I am happy to be a new member of the Lincoln Park Community!

My experience from applying to moving in was a smooth process. Leasing office is very helpful and community is quiet. I love the neighborhood. Dog friendly with a dog park and a playground near by.
