Property Ratings at Linden Hill
The staff is amazing. I moved from out of state and they made it so easy. They went over all the rents and fees. Sent me photos of my apartment and the views. I have never been happier. I love my apartment. I love the staff. Janel the manager is always in the office, even after hours and she always takes time to talk even when I know she is busy. And the staff is amazing. They always answer the phone. I had a work order and it was completed in less than an hour. They really go out of their way to make me feel at HOME. I am so lucky I decided to move here. You won't regret it. Promise.
This place offers nothing but poor construction, no water pressure, crazy residents, bad manager, skeleton crew, not open on weekends, no storage, parking at a price, you will pay for all utilities in the buildings and outside of the building, loud noise inside and out, sketchy area, no carpet, no security, no Amazon HUB lockers, loud cabinets, piled up garbage in cans, they are towing cars like crazy as there is not enough parking and it is just like living in a tiny motel room!
The community is well built. 4 floors with elevators! The landscaping is nice too! The office girls are super nice and very helpful. They will go out of their way to assist you. It's right by restaurants and stores. These apartments along with the helpful staff, make this community a great place to call home! It's hands down better then the other apartments that are close by. Stop by and check this place out...
Linden Hill Apartments is an amazing place to call home! With great amenities – from the pool and hot tub to the rooftop patio and play areas – it is a perfect spot for relaxation and fun. Plus, the proximity to downtown Salt Lake City and convenient access to key spots like the Airport and Walmart make it even more appealing. The fact that the staff genuinely care about the community is definitely a huge bonus. If you're in the market for an apartment, Linden Hill Apartments a solid choice. Check them out.
