Linderhof Park is a 56-unit apartment complex consisting of 4 buildings. This is a great apartment community to live in. Many long-term residents live here, some for over twenty years! The full-time Property Manager and Maintenance Personnel keep the property well cared for. We have onsite parking, and laundry facilities on every floor. There is a basketball area and playground to enjoy. Rent includes water, sewer, and basic trash removal. New Ulm is a city of charm and tradition located on the Minnesota River. There is something for everyone with the newly constructed New Ulm Civic Center and newly remodeled Community Center, as well as the Family Recreation Center. Our property is conveniently within walking distance to grocery stores, banks, restaurants, shops, and several churches. A county bus service is also available for those who wish to use it for a small fee. New Ulm is famous for baseball at Johnson Park. Football, soccer, volleyball, and other sports take place at the many city parks. Fishing and boating is available on the Minnesota River that flows right through town. Families will like Flandrau State Park on New Ulm’s west side with their hiking/skiing paths (birding, too!) and outdoor pool, but may also enjoy two city parks with swimming pools, as well as a splash pad and the new bike path. A BMX track, skate park, and frisbee golf course offer entertainment too. There's even a paintball park outside of New Ulm. Winter brings ice-fishing, sledding, and skating in both outdoor and indoor ice rinks. Chase away the winter blues by visiting Schell’s Bock Fest and the Concord Singer’s Fasching held at the August Schell Brewery grounds featuring music, food, beverages, and entertainment. Join the medallion hunt in the adjoining Flandrau State Park and the parade that wanders through the crowd. Visit Linderhof Park Apartments today and feel at home in our big small city!

The Hermann Monument Society is a 102-foot monument located just outside of the college’s campus that’s been a local gem since 1897.
The Brown County Historic City, New Ulm’s Glockenspiel, and the Kiesling House are a few of the additional historic sites located throughout the city. Many local restaurants, specialty shops, and convenient services reside in New Ulm’s quaint downtown district. Be sure to check out the nearby German Park to stroll through a scenic green space with pavilions, fountains, monuments, and playgrounds. For even more outdoor views, visit Flandrau State Park, offering a swimming pool, camping sites, hiking trails, and a country club.
