New apartment complexes and small, mid-century rentals call you to the Arts District of Chattanooga, also known as Bluff View. This relaxing neighborhood nestled next to downtown Chattanooga combines historic buildings with charming restaurants and coffeehouses, public gardens and art, and beautiful views of the Tennessee River wrapping around the bluffs.
Stroll along the Tennessee Riverwalk to enjoy its natural beauty and get in some exercise, and then enjoy everything your artsy neighborhood has in store. Artisanal cheese makers and chocolatiers tempt you with their treats, and you can watch local artists at work. Pick up coffee and a pastry at Rembrandt's Coffee House as you sit to enjoy street musicians before heading back to your new home.

Property Ratings at Lindsay 414
Staff are not helpful, they continually change my rent and refuse to provide me with a copy of my lease. Maintenance is never completed and when I enquire why, they always note that it was marked as completed. Yet it is never done. Maintenance staff will enter your apt at any time without notice or reason, and be extremely rude about it. I have dogs as well and this highly upsets. Rude staff, poor maintenance, no one stays here long.
The location of these apartments is great and there is ample parking. The building looks nice and the apartments are quaint. However there are some downsides. First, the rent is high and continually increasing. Maintenance is only available if you put in Internet requests, and only a couple of the maintenance men are competent, often requiring a few requests for more complex issues. The apartments are old and even brand new additions needed several requests. Also, there is no elevator, so third floor tenants get a great leg workout. The rehabbed apartments have decent appliances and countertops, cabinets are so so. The old wood floors are spectacular though carpets are needed. Overall some good, some bad. Best to go month to month in my opinion, because the leases are expensive to break.
