If ur gonna live hear just don't live on the first floor, managers can't or won't really do anything to help with loud and destructive upstairs neighbors. It's a good place but management can't really make much happen otherwise. Other than that it's honestly a good place other than that and a select few of appliance failures

We moved out and literally staying here for one year made me not want to live in a apartment ever again ! First of all someone died there after being here for not even a month . No security gates whats so ever , a random kid start yelling crazy stuff at 2am . And I got 2 break ins , I called the office to see if they are going to change the locks and doors . They needed a police report which we have the old manger that information . The 2nd time we got a break in , we told the new office manger and apparently there was no paperwork for a break in for the first time . But they sure do have a noise complaint on record from the previous time . So they don’t keep anything that’s important . They have so many rules every month and fees . If you have pets beware ! They will charge you $500 after you move out . We paid our carpet cleaning guy to clean the carpet at our own cost . And they decided it wasn’t good enough due to the coloration on the carpets . We pay pet fees so where is that going towards ? They said we don’t have a security deposit , which was weird , because we have proof on our end that there was . But they said nope it’s wrong . Without giving it a look . And on top of that we cleaned everything ourselfs with the apartment leaving nothing . And the office manger wants proof of invoice from the company how much they charged us . But makes no sense , since me and my boyfriend cleaned it ourselves ? They are just unorganized , loose important paperwork , neighbors complain about every little thing you do . This is why I rather rent a house or own a house than ever staying at a apartment . Too many problems and hidden fees . And they don’t answer your phone call at all .

Major issues (electrical problems, flooding, etc) have been ongoing since I’ve moved in. This complex has accused and nearly charged me for a stray cat that was hanging out on my patio, and since I’m calling every other week, they are now calling me a liar in so many words. My kitchen is flooded as I write this and was told I have to wait for the repair. Run far away!

We lived here for 2 years and was never late on a payment and when we moved out my husband checked with them several times to make sure we were totally good and did not owe anything. We cleaned the entire apartment even though they kept a deposit for cleaning and the office staff said that everything was great and we were good to go and there would be no way we would receive a bill for anything. It has been 6 months since we moved out and we received a call today from the new management that has taken over after we left saying that there is a bill we never paid and that they are sending it to collections. We never received one phone call, email or letter (they did have our forwarding address) about this bill. Apparently it was work that the new management felt they needed to do to the apartment. So 6 months after we moved out they decided that they were going to bill us and not even tell us until they were giving us a “courtesy call” to let us know it was going to go to collections. There is nothing that is ok about this and we just went in and had to pay the bill because we obviously don’t trust them to not send it to collections. I don’t know how many other people they have done this to but there is nothing right about this!! We enjoyed living there however this new management is awful and I would not trust them for anything. We strongly recommend to not rent here and just to keep looking there are other honest options out there.

Please, BEWARE OF RENTING AT LINDSAY PALMS, you really get nickel and dimed they have no consideration. I rented a year at this place, needed a Apt closer to work, The place was not ready as promised, I was not able to view the apt before renting it's was being painted and some refurbish to be done , carpet just shampoo night before, washer had foul smelling water holding 2 weeks to fix and dryer had to be replaced, microwave was cracked outside, cupboard chipped We were shocked, desposit had been paid and contract signed. So 4 months in water leaks in walls and so much problems, We tolerated 1 yr to complete contract, MGMT changed hands 1 month before my moving out, he never saw the apt prior to our moving in and saw the problems, we left the apt clean as we always have, washing washer, sinks, toilet vacuum and mop , patching nail hole and We OWE THEM $300 for re painting , shampoo carpet they don't replace, using the stove burner covers each one $5.00, etc.... PLEASE BEWARE
This apartment was less than average. I lived here for a year and was ready to move out after my lease was up. I had a lot of noisy neighbors and smokers around the complex. I also felt like it was not a safe area. Threre were often police cars outside the Walgreens next door and a lot of homeless people wandering the streets around it. Maintenance often took multiple days to look at broken appliances and I was often told there was nothing they could do to fix my issues which included low water pressure, broken washing machine and squeaky ceiling fans. After I moved out I got billed an outrageous cleaning fee even though I had left the apartment in better condition than I left it. They billed me $500 to replace the carpet even though it was spotless when I left. And they snuck in a number of other ridiculous damage and cleaning fees like trash removal even though I left nothing behind. I would not recommend moving here.

let me start by saying since I moved in day one they have made me feel very comfortable. Any issues they are resolved no questions asked. The manager makes me feel like I can talk to her about any issue. They really make residences feel like we're family. The apartment it's self is very spacious and we'll done. I would refer family and friends to check out Lindsey palms apartments. Thank you Lindsey palms me and my daughter feel so safe and happy.
