I love everything about the apartment love the fuse love the bedroom. Everything is beyond beautiful and every one in the building is extremely nice and helpful.
It has been okay. Lots of dust in the units. The pool and the hot tub are the benefits of this building. The gym and business center are also nice.
Beautiful building, updated appliances and awesome views. Close to west loop, the riverwalk and a fee blocks away from Michigan avenue. Extremely about living at Linea!

So far living here has been great ! Sometimes the lack of communication can be hard and them not answering calls but besides that I really love all the amenities

Staff is kind, amenities are nice, train is very loud even on higher floors, and hard to find anything that can mitigate the noise at night. Location is good but more corporate so quiet on weekends with most things in near vicinity closed.

the apartment's address often gets confused with another building, this is very annoying and often have trouble getting deliveries and packages otherwise everything else in the building is amazing
Loving living at Linea. The Concierge Team is awesome, the Maintenance Team makes sure the building is well looked after, and the Front Office Team is terrific! Wish the gym was bigger and fitted out with newer machines and equipment.

The apartments are good but once you have a query it is extremely difficult to get a response. I was in constant circles of discussion last year when i first rented the apartment, and this year again i have been sending inquiries for my lease renewal since October with no luck. I have expressed that i need to travel for two months and would like to figure the lease renewal prior to that but its difficult to get a response.
Amazing building to live in! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The amenities are phenomenal, there’s plenty of space for WFH people like me to work at. I especially love the indoor pool so you can swim no matter what the weather is outside!
The apartments are beautiful, amenities are great, location is prime. My favorite part of the amenities is the 2 floor space, with the lovely indoor pool and 2nd floor grilling space. The rooms are very modern, with concrete finishes. I especially love the unique layout of the 1D rooms.
Huge nice apartments with updated appliances for a reasonable price. Great views surprisingly good location and friendly, responsive staff. At one point myself and 7 of my friends lived in this building it was the best decision we have ever made.
Great building and great amenities for all to enjoy. If I had one ask - it would be to increase the size of the gym and add more equipment, free weights, etc. Appreciate the [almost] weekly events! The concierge team is amazing... helpful, friendly and always ready with a smile.

Love the building, love the apartment. Staff and amenities are great both. Smoothest movein in Chicago. Utility plan is awesome only bill to worry about is the light bill.

Friendly people all around the building! Elevators work all the time and amenity space requires key access which makes it feel safe. Areas are never crowded, and lots of nearby food spots.

The move in process was extremely frustating but i had to accomodate as i was in desperate need for a house moving from another country. Post move in also many glitches were there. My heat didn’t work the first day, inwas not told about the wifi setup process prior to move in, completely lost my mobile network inside the apartment, got my mailbox key wrong and so much more. The only reason i chose this is because the apartment is still good and the front end concierge is great, however the overall experience is definitely not something i have ever experienced before.

I actually like living here, the staff is amazing. The apartment is great and the amenities amazing, well taken care of and clean. The elevators can take some time to arrive, but it’s ok.

I have been here for 4 months, and can’t wait to move out. Prices are expensive, but we have a baby and was promised that we would never have to worry about smoking neighbors as it is prt of the lease to not smoke. Also told us it was fully protected by neighbor music noise. Both lies. We smell marijuana and cigarette every other day, some weeks every day. Loud music every weekend. Locations sucks…. Not sure what people are talking about. Grocery stores are all far…. Restaurants and coffee shops all close at like 4 or 5 and not open during the weekend. Train noise 24/7 around the clock. The train noise echos, and the intersection makes the noise even louder. Positive note, staff is friendly…. But thats all I agree with so far. Mgmt really needs to step up their game and keep their word. Again I really can’t wait to get out.
Good location, great staff, and nice amenities. I have not rated it higher because I am somewhat concerned with the direction the building is heading. Since I moved in over a year ago, it seems like the building is occupied by more individuals who do not seem to take as much pride in the care of their living environment (refusing to pick up after their dogs, etc.).
I have already lived here since Day One and do not plan to change anytime soon! Everything is top notch here.
I would highly recommend Linnea for a short or one or two year experience. The apartments are efficient and rather spartanly appointed but diffuse through the big windows and the amenities and people make it more special than several other apartment buildings we looked at. train noise on the east side on the 28th floor was more than we expected. We got used to it but it certainly disrupted our sleep. It didn’t bother my kids on the west or south side nearly as much. If at all. I would pass that information along to anyone that I recommended the building to. My business is renovating peoples homes and apartments. they often need a place to live from six months to a year. If Linnea offered short term leases I would send my people there for the best half a year experience in the city that they can imagine at a reasonable price. For my higher and clients. I would also recommend it for those that want to sell the big house and remain in the city for a year or so. Or people that are moving in or out of the city. It’s close to everything it’s at the hub of the transportation system. The only thing that affects all of this is Covid. Well Covid remains Linnea in living in a high-rise and living downtown where public transportation and spaces are the amenities are therefore, Linnea is no place to live during these times. A more isolated apartment or condo in a less denseNeighborhood would be the better choice for many people. We’re all hoping that 2021 brain is a cure and then Linnea is the top of my list.
The common areas are kept clean, amenities are nice and useful, and the location is convenient.
