Linea Carmel is an enjoyable place to live. I appreciate all of the amenities. Though large, the complex is surprisingly quiet. Plus it is close to transit, shopping and recreation.

Even though I initially didn't want to see the apartment because it was so close to Pico. When I finally decided to see the apartment I was impressed with the structure of the building and the apartment was very impressive.

Nice view and facility. The office carefully maintains the facility, from the gym to the roof-top pool. Unfortunately, some residents cannot keep their voices down during nighttime, which is an issue in most apartments anyway.

The staff was courteous and made it comfortable. However, the first day of housing the bedroom light and wifi port was broken and no one has come to fix it for over a week now. The room was also dirty in some places. Overall it was great.

Carmel Linea is an excellent community that I'm glad to call home. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the concierge desk is friendly and attentive and management is responsive and considerate. And the security here is excellent as well. I highly recommend Carmel Linea for luxury living.

Beautiful property, over-priced, substandard "service", not actually luxury staffing, property has constant breakdowns -- but great location, nice apartment units, ammenities are pretty decent when they are functional, and mostly (but not fully ADA) accessible.

Great amenities but below-average maintenance. I've only lived here for the last 3 months and already the following have stopped working and have taken sometimes days to fix: elevator, toilet blocking, hot water, fire pit switches and it take days to get a response. Everyone pays a lot of money to live here, its unacceptable.

Staff are nice but clueless. The leasing office was closed the day I moved in so there was mass confusion and I never received any orientation. Theres no managers for a 600 unit facility. My 4th floor unit is at GROUND LEVEL and in a corner that never gets sun - nothing like the unit i was shown. But the staff that's here are very nice.

The Carmel Linea is a new building with GREAT air conditioning. Also their concierges, as well as maintenance staff are very nice and helpful. It is a pleasure living here.

Best located to our finest beaches, shopping, schools, business districts. A finer park like setting would be difficult to find. Live here, be everywhere (in minutes).

I have been living at the exceptional Carmel Linea for 8 months, and Carmel Linea continues to maintain a wonderful high level of efficiency since my moving in. To my knowledge any issues that may arise are quickly given attention and taken care of by management, such as parking or what have you. Other than that, I wouldn't know of any other major issues, as my own personal experience is wonderful at Carmel Linea and I would recommend living here. This apartment complex building is absolutely beautiful with awesome amenities. The neighborhood is convenient and near everything, including the beaches. What's not to like. Carmel Linea do not wavier, keep up the exceptional excellence in maintaining efficiency and comfortability!

DAngelo is the main reason I signed my lease and chose Linea! My experience was professional and easy. Im a busy person so making the move is hard as it is but the manager made it easy and effortless which was a huge bonus. The building is new and it smells great.

Beautiful Modern inside each apartment and gorgeous grounds with beautiful vegetation and lounginging areas for relaxing/ BBQ, Outdoor Dining/ And Swimming or a Jacuzzi in a huge pool area! The 24/7 Concierge is present in the modern lobby equipped with 2 friendly employees! Around the clock to serve our needs! Each apartment is exclusive with modern fixtures! And options for beautiful balconies with a view! I am totally satisfied as a resident at Carmel Linea! I enjoy My balcony apartment with a view from one of the top floor views! I couldn't be more satisfied with a place to live and I highly recommend you check this wonderful enclosed parking (Security) Community out. Phyllis S
