But this isn’t just a pretty face – Greenville is a fast-growing, vibrant city noted for its strong job market, numerous universities, and absolutely gorgeous scenery. Just visit Falls Park on the Reedy, a 32-acre urban park that features several waterfalls, a curving pedestrian bridge, and a suspension bridge with amazing views of the river.
Shops, restaurants, and art galleries fill the beautiful downtown area. If you love to shop, have lunch at a sidewalk café, or enjoy dinner at a fine restaurant, look for your Greenville apartment near Main Street. Perched among Downtown Greenville’s historic shops, Noma Square provides a funky, modern contrast. This is a popular area for fun events, festivals, and community get-togethers.

Property Ratings at Link Apartments® West End
They did not clean my apartment at all before I moved in (I had dog hair still in my bath tub). I notified them immediately and they said they would have it addressed and never did. During the warm months, it would be unreasonably humid in my apartment and the bedroom would get very hot at night. I notified the maintenance staff multiple times and they assured me everything was fine. I bought a digital thermometer to check the humidity and the temperature and sure enough it would get up to 73 when I had the thermostat at 65. I asked them to have a outside party look at my unit and they refused, insisting everything was fine. (This is after I had water leaking from my crown molding during a rain storm). I contacted the property manager directly and she would not respond. Way too much money for a tiny apartment to deal with stuff like this. The grounds were also on a continuous decline. Very little effort towards maintaining the aesthetic appeal. This place is on a rapid decline.

When my boyfriend and I moved here for an Internship, we still had Veronica. She was so sweet, was very good at her job, and was like a friend to us. Now that she's left the leasing office seems to be lacking. There are piles of packages in the office, no-one seems to be there 1/2 the time, and emails are not an effective form of communication. However the community itself is clean, my boyfriend and I even joked when we first moved in that it felt like a hotel! You can't hear any neighbors aside from some stompers up above and the occasional door slam in the hallway. After filing our claims report, maintenance promptly came a day later to fix some issues we had with the apartment. Our garbage disposal went out last night so I left a voicemail at 11p and by 3p the next day, Roy was here to fix it! Roy is great- very friendly, effective, and super fun to chat with! My boyfriend and I love it here so much, we wish we never had to leave!
