I was in search of a place to move with not a lot of time before having to be out of my previous place. I briefly saw Linkhorn Bay online while searching and my roommate and I decided to drive over to the leasing office to check it out and ask questions. There we were greeted by Andy Clark who was very personable, easy to work with, helpful, and kind! She sat us down and went over all of our questions. She also brought us over to tour some available apartments. Later that day my roommate and I decided to apply! After applying Andy called the very next day to let me know that she received our application and would start working in it! She kept in great contact with us throughout the application process. Everything was easy and any questions were answered! 10/10 recommend!

We have been in Linkhorn Bay for 8 years. Over the years, we have seen many wonderful changes, beautification projects, new amenities added, and remodeling all the units on site. The consistent benefit: fun community events and a stellar team of maintenance who some, become like family. We are fortunate to live this close to the beach without paying resort prices. Having a pond with a fountain provides a relaxing retreat when we get home. The amount of wildlife is so entertaining that friends don't want us to move because they would miss the geese and ducks. Highly recommend.

If you use all of the resources provided by Linkhorn Bay, you are in for an amazing experience. The communication is off the charts whether it is a maintenance request, an event, a change to protocol, inclement weather tips, the staff here do an amazing job of working together with the community. I've never attended any of the events at the pool or food trucks etc. but I see the pics on social media and drive by them occassionally. It's a pretty cool community! Everyone is pretty helpful communicating in the resident portal about happenings in the community and even offering items like furniture if they are no longer needed.

Upon move-in one of the electrical outlets was shooting sparks and he arrived same day, was amicable and professional. Hire more people like V! Another shout-out goes to Kerry, the indoor pool attendant. Down-to-earth and can actually been seen working (testing pool chemicals, cleaning up and greeting pool go-ers).

Moving from a small town to a big city, I was surprised at how peaceful and oftentimes quiet the neighborhood is. Apartments aren't luxury but they are nice enough. Any issues we've had have been resolved by maintenence within 48 hours, usually less than 24. The price is great for being so close to the ocean. The jets can be loud but after a few weeks they're significantly less annoying. The amenities are nice; we spend a lot of time in the gym, and the kids love the indoor pool. Pretty much any store you could need is within 2 miles. Overall, I'd give living here a solid B

I like Linkhorn but they mess up my first unit, I had just moved into a 2bedroom unit to just find out that it was infested with bugs and roaches. 2 weeks later, I moved again to a different unit but choose a smaller one. It’s a lot nicer now but the inconvenience of having to throw away a lot of my stuff made it a bit time consuming and horrible. Overall, it could’ve been avoided to begin with but I’m ok for now with what I have.

I honestly overall like it here. The community events are so lovely. Maintenance is good. I enjoy the amenities, and it’s clean for the most part. I would say I wish they buckled down on the dogs droppings not being picked up and relax with the towing vendetta. People should not be afraid to go on deployment and their car certs expire and finding their cars are towed , it’s diabolical . But other than that it’s pretty great! First place after moving 3 times from being unsatisfied that I’ve stayed cus it’s good !

We have been in this community for over 7 years and love it! A hidden oasis just off the beach with easy access to everything you need. The staff, whether it is the leasing office or maintenance, always are professional and friendly. We have too many favorite things about living here to list. For me, it's the remodeled apartments. For my daughter and her friends, it is multiple ponds with plenty of ducks and geese.

Linkhorn Bay is an apartment community that truly cares about the experiences and overall satisfaction of the tenets who reside there. Silver Carter, the leasing representative that we worked with, made the move in decision a no brainer. She was helpful, kind, and always ready to solve any issues that came up. Linkhorn is a great option especially for those with fur babies. The dog policy is one of the leading factors that made Linkhorn our top choice. I can’t recommend it enough!

Overall, I love living at Linkhorn Bay! It's a nice neighborhood with a lot of amenities, the apartments are very nice, maintenance generally comes quickly but the rent is pretty high.

We’ve had multiple work orders come in and be resolved, specifically by Dwayne. He has always been quick, clean, polite, and extremely helpful. We had an issue where our toilet was a bit wobbly and he fixed it in about 5 minutes and proceeded to help with other issues we were having around the house while there.

I thoroughly enjoy living in my apartment here in the community. The complex is extremely pet friendly which makes the whole experience and environment of living here so worth it. All of the amenities are in great shape and I really enjoy the Dog Spa and dog park.

This is our 7th year at Linkhorn Bay and we could not be happier with our oasis. Tucked in away from the business of the community, we are blessed to overlook one of two ponds in the community. Watching the geese and ducks nest and raise their young every season is fun. Listening to the fountains day and night brings a calming nature to our home. Being close enough to walk or ride bikes to the oceanfront or ViBe district is a treat. The best thing is the combination of amenities, updated apartments, and amazing staff, especially our maintenance team: Dwayne and Maurice. Teamwork at its finest.

I enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings at Linkhorn Bay, especially during the summer months when I can spend time with my grandbabies. It's also convenient being close to shopping centers and a couple of grocery stores. Plus, being just 8-10 minutes from the beach is fantastic!

Living at Linkhorn Bay for the last 7 years has been a truly wonderful experience. The amenities we have are top notch, from 2 pools to a remodeled gym, plus many areas for walking and fishing. Overlooking a pond with 2 fountains creates a beautiful oasis, especially in the Summer. Watching the sun rise in the morning and the sun set from the deck, completes a peaceful day. Working from home means I also get to hear the geese and various animals outside throughout the day. Living here, you can really kick up your feet at the end of the day.

Online portal crashes and locks up any browser you use constantly. The assigned parking is taken away by outside maintenance workers and vendors occasionally, even after 5 and the office leaves it up to you to find where they are and get them to move or call the tow truck. Came home Christmas weekend to furniture and trash in my parking space, loud maintenance on the outside of the building was announced weeks ahead of time with no specific date then popped up out of nowhere including a stereo that sat outside my window in the middle of the work day, amenity hours and availability changes constantly, parking lot floods in rain so be ready to soak your shoes and socks, gun shots happen occasionally at night (look up the property and "wavy news"), the place looks so-so on the outside but look elsewhere. 2/5/2024 Furniture left out in front of the dumpster blocking my parking space.

I have lived at Linkhorn Bay Apartments for about 4-5 years. I moved into a freshly remodeled apartment. Like all apartments, condo's or similar shared spaces your experience depends a great deal on the neighbors you have closest to you. That isn't something the company can control. Anything within the control of LHB has been dealt with promptly, professionally, and I believe appropriately. The fact that I have renewed my lease so many times, speaks to the fact that as far as apartment living goes, Linkhorn Bay does a great job to make this a good place for a lot of people to share space. Yes you can hear your neighbors, and sometimes you're going to see a bug. That is true for 100% of apartments regardless of price range. There are going to be maintenance issues, I've had my share, and they were handled with exceptional speed, professionalism, and the job was done properly the first time around. While I may renew my lease only one more time, that is simply because I will be buying a home. I have not seen another apartment community I'd prefer to live in. So until I purchase, I will call LHB home. The fair pricing has allowed me to save money to purchase. The jet noise is of course a problem, but as stated before, anything within the control of the community is handled appropriately, that just simply isn't in their control.
