Links at Parkville

Maintance is terrible and management is even worse. The pool for the last 5 years has been green and that’s when it’s open. This past summer 2024 it was only open for 1 month. The fitness center is out of date and pretty terrible. The dog park is a mess. The playground has no swings and u can find glass all over as well as empty alcohol bottles everywhere. Trash on the common grounds is not taken care of. The appt buildings are out of date on the inside. I am not someone who has been wronged by this place but u deserve to know what you’re getting into. This place is not at all worth the money they want you to pay.

Regrese después de 3 años de vivir en Florida a LINKS donde viví 3 años y encontré un personal muy amable , muy servicial , con bastante calidad humana y técnica , encabezados por la Sra Marisol y Misty, con un excelente Jordan y unos compañeros de mantenimiento espectaculares como Cristian , Daniel y la señora Sandy , solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento para todos ellos, el conjunto está limpio en este momento de insectos , aseado y sus zonas de piscina limpias y bien mantenidas , los arreglos hechos a mi Departamento están mejor que nuevo y da gusto su amabilidad , gentileza y eficiencia para atender las solicitudes de sus clientes , estoy muy a gusto de haber regresado a LINKS y ver que conserva altos rendimientos de calidad , GRACIAS POR TODO MARISOL, MISTY Y TODO EL EQUIPO DE TRABAJO.

The whole complex is infested by German cockroaches and they never complete maintenance request and end up closing the requested and marking it as complete

I moved to The Links right before the pandemic and have renewed two times. Although the complex is not perfect, this staff has been why I stayed. Anytime I’ve asked for anything, they have gone on and beyond. The level of customer service and the reasonable price will continue to make me stay here. Thanks, Daisy and Mayra!

Great place to live and Daisy provides great customer service. Always there available and answering our questions in a timely manner.

My family and I have lived here since January 2020. I have zero complaints! The ladies in the office are the nicest and have so much care for their tenants. Anytime we have any issue or maintenance request we always get a fast response time and quality work. My apartment is so comfortable to live in and is a great size. The grounds are well kept, the laundry facility is always clean, tidy and always functioning. I hope to live here for awhile!

I highly recommend documenting everything before moving in or signing anything. Was told my dishwasher would be replaced before move in. 2 weeks later after moving in, still not replaced. I reported an AC issue on the 1st of the month, a little over a week later I had to call and ask about any progress being made. Then questioned if I properly took measures to let the staff know before this phone call. It shows me unorganization, the fact I was lied to from someone in a place of business is not only frustrating but I don’t want to pay for a town home if the repair process can’t be handled maturely and professionally. The dumpster is around the block and it’s just a hassle. Don’t recommend. I liked the staff until I was talked to and lied to. Now I just want out and I’m 2 weeks in. It’s almost worth the buy out to get away

In April 2017 I had no hot water for 1 day. June 2017 I had no hot water for 4 days bcos they claimed they were replacing the hot water unit. Today is August 25, 2017 I have had no hot water for 2 days. Mind you I pay an extra fee for water with my rent. I have never been late or missed any payments. The management has turned a blind eye on the matter. The maintenance staff are unqualified and uncertified to make the repairs. This property is poorly maintained. This property is not worth the rent being charged. Any good reviews are most likely written by property staff. THIS IS A WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING LEASING HERE. DO NOT DO IT. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

The Link has one of the worst maintenance service. I waited two weeks for the maintenance after the work order was submitted. Now, I requested for work order 10 days ago and I am still waiting for them.

Just signed my lease today which makes it three years I've lived out here. The Links have and continues to grow leaps and bounds in quality and upping their classy game. There are new plans to redo the pool and hallway too, which excites me. Once they finish those two projects in the next year these apartments will be some of the best around the Parkville area and beyond. I finally feel safe and have a quality apartment to call home.

Ive lived here 2 yrs this coming April. The office staff has always been prompt and complying to my needs as a resident. Yes we have gone through management, but the staff we have now seem to care for the residents. They are doing all they can to improve the look and update when and where possible. Always asking of suggestions as to ideas etc. Id recommend living here. Friendly staff, amenities and close to just about anywhere as well as a quiet peaceful place to live.

Newly remodeled. Safe. Newly paved parking lot and always quick and safe snow removal. Nice laundry facility, nice pool and newly remodeled weight room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Maintenance issues are always handled in a timely manner. I have lived here with my kids for going on two years. I have not had any problems with repairs or the staff or neighbors since moving in. The location is awesome and the rent is reasonable and competitive, They are currently running new rental specials if you are looking I highly recommend you stop by the office and take a look at all they have to offer.

Horrible maintenance, too expensive for how run down it is, stuff breaks down all the time, NOT SAFE - always looking over my shoulder. too much crime.

Absolutely the worst place you could live. Nothing gets fixed. They have on multiple occasions applied rent to others accounts. The staff changes every other month. Do not want your money. The place is a craphole and not worth what they are charging new residents to move in.
