Hello, thank you for your kind words and this wonderful review! We hope to be of service to you again in the future. Best wishes, Links At Windsor Parke Apartments
I moved into the links in March of this year and have been nothing but pleased with my decision. The grounds are always taken care of and the leasing office staff are friendly and helpful in whatever you may need. The smart locks on all main doors make living here extra secure. I have enjoyed my time at the Links at Windsor Park and look forward to resigning!

This is my first apartment and I love it! Everyone is so nice and it’s such an easy process. I love the gate security. I have dog as well and it so nice to have a dog park and doggy bags out when I take her out. Overall this apartment complex is amazing!

Hello, thank you for your kind words and this wonderful review! We always strive to provide top quality service to every guest, and are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your experience here at Links At Windsor Parke Apartments!
I have lived at this complex for roughly 5-6 years now! I love the water that surrounds the area and the friendly environment. It is a great place to have a dog and walk around the complex. New improvements include a no-key door lock smart home feature and valet trash pick-up. You also just cannot beat the Hodges location, being minutes from JTB and Beach Blvd, and the beaches. There is a reason I have not moved. :)

We’ve been here since 2015. Love the staff, and the area. It’s in a beautiful, established neighborhood with awesome live oak trees and on a great golf course. The office staff is fantastic and the maintenance team is the best!! I see these negative reviews and I’m stunned at them. There’s been ups and downs but I have no complaints, especially since Dawn came back!! We (hopefully) will never move!!
Maintence team is kind but absolutely no help when it comes to anything. My AC was leaking for TWO months and my electric bill tripled, it took them two months to fix it and then they refused to pay the 300 dollars. Then their electronic keypad for the front door broke and I had to sleep in my car because no one was able to help me get INTO my apartment while my dog was inside, the lock had to be broken and it took me 11 hours to get into my home. I missed work and they refused to comp or anything of the sorts. The agents are professional but don’t expect to get anything fixed in a timely manner or if at all.The 24/7 courtesy officer that gets their salary out of my wallet won’t answer your call ejther.
They are upgrading all units to have "smart" technology regardless of objection by tenants and refuse to answer who is liable when their 3rd party provider has a data breach. It's very clear they contracted all the units to be done at once, to line their pockets while ignoring the tenants comfort. Would give them a 0 if I could.
I yet to experience the "world-class living experience or the professional on-site management and maintenance teams" their website brags about. It is one issue after another, and the office/maintenance team will be quick to tell you how it is not their fault. HVAC/Air conditioning issues all the time. It has yet to be resolved correctly and I doubt it ever will be. The security gate has not functioned since November and it is now March. The compactor is often down, so the trash valet worker will just pile it in front of the compacter. But the compactor goes down about twice a year for well over a week, the longest being over a month in my experience and the smell that comes from it being down is repulsive. Security is next to non-existent. If you have to leave town for a weekend, do not leave a car in the parking lot, it will more than likely get broken into. The appliances go down one after another, and I was told If I wanted them replace (even though they were broken) I could pay an additional $80 a moth for them. If you hear they are going to do an improvement, just know it is going to be a nightmare, and that you are going to have a ton of problems. For example the Sealing and Coating project. was scheduled to be done in phases over the course of a month. The planning was horrible, as it actually took just over 2 and a half month to finish, the phases were done out of order and to top it off the planning of it was done so that parking was a huge issue and safety was not taken into consideration at all. They realized that they had only on lane open for the main road of the complex with no place to exit out of and had two way traffic using said one lane. During the day, they had staff out directing traffic, yet once it was time to go home, you had huge issues, causing fights, traffic accidents and injuries. But like I said, they will be quick to inform you it is not their fault. The online payment option, as I have been told is set in place for my convince. So, when I was out of town for work as a payment was due and I could not log in, it was somehow my fault. The number listed on the site where you log in, can not help you as the Links has not subscribed to allow that customer service number to assist you. And calling into the office is hit or miss of you actually receiving a call back or not. I fell that I could go on and on.
I’ve been living at the links for almost a year. The staff is very friendly and they have lots of fun events to bring the community together. Almost the entire property is adjacent to lake and golf course and the view is perfect. There is a dog park that my puppy goes to play with other dogs. With there being lots of other pet owners, there is always a play mate for him. There are dog bags and bin station locations all through out which is very convenient. Definitely a pet friendly community. The pool area is always kept up on and it’s right next to the lake. Maintenance has responded quickly anytime I have needed anything. My neighbors have become friends and people that I genuinely enjoy having in my life. The best part, I meet the love of my life here.
This place is a ripoff they only care about themselves ants everywhere also they will screw you at the drop if a hat maintenance ishorrable the staff is rude and lies don't live here its really overrated
This is a horrible apartment complex and has horrible management. A major indicator of the kind of place they are running and how they handle things is with our most recent problem. Our upstairs neighbors had a leak which went through to our ceiling creating a very musky smell and nasty coloring. To fix this problem they decided it was okay to just spray paint over the discoloration. Now we have what appears to be black mold coming through every air vent which is causing my father to feel sick and still nothing has been done. We also have my brother who is enlisted in the Army and has to ship out so we were going to move and they won't let us break our contract considering all of our mold and horrible problems going on and that we have a solider in our household and needing to relocate.
At the beginning, you might think that It looks good and the staff is nice too, however you will regret leasing apartment there. If you try to break your lease, you’ll have to pay serious penalties. Among all the properties that are in that small area, this is by far the worst. The air conditioning system is awfully inefficient. The buildings are OLD, you need to have lights on at all time, period. All that translates into a big electric bill. Water bill is also no less impressive. On the top of that, the air coming out of the ventilation/conditioning system has a specific smell, not a nice one. You may not notice that immediately, but after a few days it will be obvious. Imagine, you’ll have to live there and breath that air for some time. Why? If you are at the first/ground floor, you will get to experience smell from one more source – kitchen facet. Not sure, if that is the case on the second or third floors. Anyway, it is just disgusting. I don’t even want to talk about other shortcomings, which unfortunately are plenty there. What you cannot see or notice during your tour of the property, will make you regret every single day you’ll have spend there as a tenant.

I moved in a few weeks ago with my husband, two friends of ours, and our two dogs, and so far we are really loving this apartment complex. We don't hear our neighbors, we have a beautiful view of the lake and birdlife as well as a portion of the golf course, which my two dogs enjoy watching. We have a large balcony/patio space that is screened in and makes an excellent outdoor living space. We even have our own herb garden with plenty of space for outdoor furniture and lounging area for the dogs. The front office staff have been extremely accommodating and swift to respond to any concerns. We have not had any problems so far and are really enjoying the peaceful, park-like atmosphere we have around our building.
Numerous problems with our smoke detector system having taken nearly a year to get addressed (and are ongoing). When the dishwasher broke off its mount, it was weeks before maintenance finally came, wiggled the dishwasher a bit, then left and closed the ticket. Our apartment is listed as 1605 sq ft, which includes the screened patio. Our screened patio door was broken and the screen ripped out for months before maintenance finally came. We have been including both the apartment and the regional management on all our complaints. I continue to await their support. The entry gate doesn't work reliably, and hasn't in the near 3 years we've lived here. Usually, it's left open. On rare occasions it is closed after hours, it is a gamble as to whether it will function again. Management expects us to control entry through gate, perhaps by blocking its way for 2-5 minutes until it closes again (if it does). The pool always feels slimy. The gas grills were great in the first year, but are now falling apart and unusable. The "free to use during business hours" community room can only be unlocked by staff who are rarely available. Garages are poorly maintained, with rat holes ad dbroken openers. They are assigned randomly and often far away from your apartment. Taking out the garbage for our side of the complex is a 20 minute chore. We, the complex, have a roach infestation. When someone complains, an exterminator sprays at the complaining unit a few times and then is gone. I recently was dumbstruck by a maintenance person telling me that it is impossible for the roaches to be living in the walls. Dogs are allowed here, except aggressive breeds, of course. Staff don't seem to be trained in this; an aggressive breed is, "Oh... you know... pit bulls." Not helpful since many people can't tell a pit bull from a cattle dog. I heard akitas are ok. Certainly yorkies are fine, despite the pair I see regularly snarling at every passer-by. I've been told we are on our 3rd management company since we moved here. We were happy with the one from which we rented. The second, apparently, was short lived and ignored everyone. This third is proving to be as friendly and helpful as the second. We won't be renewing our lease this year. We'll absorb the $300 month-to-month fee along with the standard $50-$100/mo annual rent increase until we find a better home.
The links is located in such an ideal part of town. Close enough to everything in town. 5 minutes to the town center, 10 minutes to the beaches, 15 minutes to downtown. As for the apartment living they have spacious bedrooms and huge closets and bathrooms. The rent is a bit pricey for the apartment quality. Other complexes offer more upgraded living for the same price. One trash center in the back of the complex makes it annoying to lug all your trash there and its always overfilling. The management team is a bit rude, and maintenance sometimes takes a while to respond and sometimes really quick. The walls are thick so we never hear our neighbors, its a quite and peaceful neighborhood.
The Links at Windsor Parke is a nice apartment complex. The rooms are quite big and have a large patio for chairs and plants. There is a small pest problem though and had to have maintenance come by.
