I have been a resident of LINQ Midtown for three years, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! The staff, led by Robbin, Sabrina, and Katie, along with the dedicated maintenance and support teams, creates a safe and welcoming environment that caters perfectly to both professionals and retirees. The community fosters a sense of elegance, peace, and positivity, with residents from diverse backgrounds, including national and international origins. Neighbors genuinely look out for one another, making it a friendly and supportive place to live. Additionally, the location is incredibly convenient, with a food market, Starbucks, and gas station all within walking distance. There is also great parking to take away the stress of finding security for your vehicle. Whether you're looking for a vibrant and inclusive community, or a peaceful retreat, LINQ Midtown truly offers the best of both worlds!

I LOVE living at LInq so much but I gave 5 stars because I have been pricing other apartments and feel Linq is more expensive than most places.

We moved to LINQ Midtown 4 1/2 years ago from the East Coast. Prior to moving, we visited Sacramento and checked out several apartment complexes as possibilities. LINQ won! - and it was the perfect choice!

Having just sold my home I haven’t lived in an apt for 30 yrs. I am so pleasantly surprised and appreciative of how clean Linq is and how attentive management are to any concern or maintenance I request. Responses are done in a timely manner and makes me not want to leave here. Great location for restaurants, medical, Sacto Natural Food, shopping and easy freeway and light rail access. Friendly neighborhood. What else could you need.

Love living at LINQ Midtown! It's been a great environment since the very beginning, from working with the leasing team to now living here. The area is very walkable, which is great since I have a dog and love any excuse to head to the Co-Op. I enjoy being near fun midtown restaurants and just a short Lyft away from downtown for anything else I might need. The community itself offers a lot to do, from the gym to the pool (especially wonderful during this hot, hot summer). I also appreciate how attentive the staff is; if there is ever a maintenance issue or I have a question about something, they are always super helpful!

Great place to live. Friendly, responsive staff, great amenities, and spacious apartments. Conveniently located close to the UC Davis Medical Center.

The community is very safe and quiet. If I had any complaint, it’s that the pool rules are very limiting. You can’t enjoy it with friends really at all.

From touring to move-in/setup, this process and property has completely wowed me. Everything is clean, amenities are fantastic and everyone is friendly. And can’t forget my apartment is beautiful. Highly recommend.

The staff is incredibly friendly and the facilities and clean. The clubhouse, gym and game room are always fun to be in.

I am happy to have made the move to Linq! I love my apartment, especially the kitchen which makes preparing meals a joy! The grounds are well maintained and everyone is so nice and friendly! Aside from how beautiful the complex is, I’ve always come to appreciate the service from the front office and their maintenance team. This was honestly godsend find.

The property is okay, but the leasing office has been really irresponsible and disappointing at their job. I applied for the apartments and paid all the fees and the deposit money. I provided all my salary details and even my mom's finances as a backup co-signer, however, somehow they couldn't process my mom's bank statements and it took them around 10 days (after repeated emails) to get back to me saying I wasn't approved because they couldn't verify my mom's statements, which is absurd but it's still fine. Now when I asked them to return my deposit money, they mentioned they will issue a check and needed an address for that, for which I gave them an address in Davis. However, I didn't receive the check for the longest time, so when I went there to check on it personally, I found that they had sent the check to my older apartment address, which I left and was in a different state, despite me giving them the address they had to send it to. The new address I gave them was also written there on their file, but they still messed up. They then initially said they will re-issue the check, but then later said they needed to wait a month before they can re-issue just in case I have mail forwarding and it comes back, despite me confirming that I didn't have mail forwarding set up. Then after a month, I checked back again on the check, to which they said they had sent it out, and now it's been 3 weeks again and I still haven't received the check. It's really shocking to know that they run such a huge property but they can't do simple jobs rights. I would not recommend this place especially if your application gets rejected, it's going to be a long hustle before you can get your deposit money back, or maybe not.

LINQ midtown is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and have balconies or decks. The amenities are very nice and the staff is helpful and responsive.

The LINQ Midtown is the most impressive management operation in the city. Very professional and friendly staff. The community is safe and clean-so appreciative for the service during COVID and unpredictable times.

A diamond in the rough. Close to transit system, dining and freeways. A stone throw away from Tahoe and San Francisco.

Maintenance issues are always immediately addressed and resolved.

Linq Midtown has been best apartment I lived so far. I lived in many luxury apartments across the country that were managed by Greystar. My experience with majority of them were average due to poor managements. Kate, the manager at Linq Midtown, went above and beyond to make sure my move was as easy and smooth as possible when I was moving across the country. I love my current apartment. It is quiet, well built, and so far, no bug issues living in first floor.

I have only been living here for about 1.5 months, but so far I love it here. The staff are super friendly and responsive. The facilities are well kept, and it's pet-friendly. I haven't really gotten to know my neighbors yet, but people seem nice around here, overall.

Maintenance service requests are addressed immediately or in a timely manner. Maintenance employee Carlos is friendly, polite, knowledgeable and proficient!

Ive lived at a lot of apartment communities in my adulthood, and LINQ is by far the worst. From things being stolen off our porch, cars being broken into, and fire alarms being set off on a weekly basis- its safe to say we are absolutely over this place. We have only been living here for 6 months and this is the worst management Ive seen. The recent communication surrounding the flooding has seriously topped it off. If we could move out now, we would.

We talked to 15 apartments when we were looking for a new one. I can easily say LINQ Midtown especially Joel who helped us with the whole process was the most professional leasing agent. His communication was timely, clear, and accurate. We picked the unit before it was available for viewing because he answered all the questions /requests we had. Thank you Joel! We love that LINQ Midtown has Envoy, the shared electric vehicles. Vehicles are always clean and available in the apartment parking lot.
