Property Ratings at LINQ Portfolio
An affordable place near UNL city campus. I have been living here for two years. I plan to move out cuz there is a homeless man who has lived in the hallway for one month! Hope the new management will solve this problem.
The best thing about this apartment is the location which is close to the UNL campus. Bus stop is right across the street. Walking distance to campus (15-20 mins) and also to some other shops (grocery stores and eateries). As a result, lots of students live around the area. The neighborhood isn't the best or fanciest in Lincoln but it s relatively safe. The apartment building is old - things are starting to break down but the management (who took over few years back from an individual landlord) is pretty responsive to needs and requests. Overall, decent and convenient.
