Up and Coming

I've been living on the 13th floor of this 28 floor building for about a year and a half now, and has recently been undergoing quite a few renovations. It still has a pretty rambunctious crowd living there, which is a downside; and the cat-calling rates are strikingly high. But there is laundry in the building, and the lobby was just redone, which is nice. It still has a long way to go.
