This complex is a hidden gem. Office and maintenance staff are very responsive. The apartment is beautiful, with a great floorplan, spacious bedrooms, and plenty of storage space. Grounds, maintenance, and facilities are all top notch.
The Staff is always kind and professional when I call to the office, The Apartments themselves are very Nice...Outside is always clean, The maintenance Rock Tho if I have an issue with anything needing to be repaired they Are on it the next day... I have been here going on 6 years and Anytime I call they get right to the problem, it mostly normal wear an tear... They let us know if they are doing anything as far as repair that is out of our control . That totally make a difference for us all
I live in the very back which has a woods area, that I really enjoy. I love the wood floors. The girls are very helpful in the office. I enjoy being able to walk my dog around the complex and like the fact it's gated.
Quiet neighborhood, friendly office peopless, price is not bad or expensive, 24hours maintenance guys are amazing and come quickly. I don’t suggest going anywhere else very amazing place to live very amazing boss and very flexible and just simply amazing I love it here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I definitely be staying here for a very long time I love it here

My husband and I just moved into the apartments early January and we are LOVING IT! They work with you and the ladies are so kind. Maintenance is always in time. I especially love that it is a gated community safer for the children. And I love the people who love around us!
They work with you, when you have a budget. Flexible payments. Maintenance gets the job. All round friendly staff. The community is quit and nice, helpful too.

They helped me get an apartment really fast. The area isn’t bad like how I e hear from people and the gated community is really nice and sweet. I love all the staff and overall the quality and price is great!
This is my first Appartment that I’ve lived in and they are nice. Rent is a good price and they allow pets! Good place to live.
Me and my wife have been living here for awhile now. I really like it here. I'm a quiet person and the gates/signs keep the door to door people from bothering us. I've not had but a few things that needed tending to and when I have the maintenance people were very fast and friendly, but not invasive which has been a problem I've had at other places but not here. The apartments are pretty big for the price. My best friend goes to the college and lives within walking distance of it at the heart of Wichita falls and pays the same for his 1be 1ba as I do for my 2be 1.5ba.
The apartments here are well maintained and ready very quickly. My husband and I have been living here for a few months and we have had no problems. Whenever we have a problemwe report it and it gets taken care of very quickly. The people in the office are very friendly and helpful. And the apartments are very spacious and are for a good cost. We enjoy living here very much ??
I've been a resident for the past several months, and out of all the apartments that I've lived in in the past several years, this one is easily the best. The office staff are of the highest caliber. Not only are they friendly and eager to help, they're also exceedingly professional. I feel that Danielle bears a special mention, as she is the one that I've dealt with most often. Danielle is a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day and any problems that I've had, she's done her level-headed best to get it sorted. The maintenance staff are also exceptionally friendly and I've never waited longer than a scant, two-fingered handful of hours for a visit whenever there's been a problem. It should also be mentioned that the amount of problems requiring maintenance that I've experienced here are few and far between. The neighborhood itself is pleasant, one could almost say pastoral (both literally and figuratively). I've never had an issue with the neighbors being loud, uncouth or uncivilized in any of my dealings with them. I am almost hesitant to call this place a community, as it is more like a large extended family with members from all walks of life. The grounds and tenant facilities are likewise clean, orderly and of a most excellent quality. I've yet to encounter an area here that could even remotely be considered unkempt or anything less than neat and tidy. Another upside to this particular community is the price of their units. They're remarkably fairly priced, and compared to other apartments in the Wichita Falls area, are and absolute steal. The "bang for your buck," as it were, cannot be overstated. I would rate this particular residence at six stars, but alas, the website only allows five. You're doing yourself a disservice by not calling and filling out a lease application.
I have found the staff to be extraordinarily helpful with moving needs, including moving from a smaller apartment in the same complex to a larger one. They worked with us on all details. Their maintenance staff is also incredibly great. You just have to send a short email through your portal and usually they get to the problem the same day, and they have an emergency service just in case it is something that needs fixing right away after hours. I've lived here 3 years and have found it to be pretty great.
As usual move in's never go as planned. Ours was no exception. But when all was said and done , it was nice to come to an apartment where the kitchen and bath room was clean. The floor however, was a different story. It was very dirty. The staff is great however, and the repair men are very prompt. Thank you Lions Gate.
I have been here for over a year and love everything about it from the front office to the maintenance guys their always friendly and helpful with our stay I would extremely recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU LIONS COURT APARTMENT

I just moved in to apartment 1622 and I am more than happy with my place it's big for the price and has updated flooring and appliance. Daniel was amazing and made it supper easy to get in the apartment and not so stressful. We had one issues when we moved in and maintenance was there within an hour to fix it. I moved from out of state and my apartment was nothing like the pictures, and I could do nothing about this because It was too far to turn around I was here. My heart felt like a 600lb weight had fell on me. Everything LIONS COURT APARTMENTS advertised was false because these pictures I saw on line had to be pictures from when these apartments were first built. I have never ever saw such a mess like night and day, because my apartment looked old and unkept NOTHING LIKE THEIR ADVERTISEMENT. The laundry room INSIDE BEDROOM CLOSET, PUBLIC LAUNDRY ROOM, EXERCISE ROOM, etc. the grounds was extremely a disappointment to say the least...LOOKS ARE VERY MUCH DECEIVING especially LIONS COURT...DO YOURSELF A FAVOR RENTERS BE AWARE...When preparing to move to LION COURTS RENTERS RENTERS BE AWARE ...NOT THE PLACE FOR ANYONE TO LIVE!!!!

We are really sorry you have been disappointed with our apartment community, we care about our residents and are committed to providing them with the best rental experience possible. The online pictures are from our model and the furniture is to inspire those who want to picture how it would look furnished. That is why we always encourage our potential tenants to visit the grounds and the vacant units personally. We pride ourselves on providing all our tenants with outstanding service and offering clean and beautiful unfurnished apartments. Everything was brand new when we first opened our doors, and off course the passage of time does make a difference but at every make-ready, we do a thorough inspection to make sure everything is well maintained. We apologize if anything was missed; if anything comes up, we are a call away and will make sure we take care of it within 24 hours. All our one-bedroom units come with a stacked washer/dryer near the kitchen. The 2-bedrooms did not have that option. In order to accommodate our renters in the 2-bedroom units, who prefer to have the convenience of having their own washer and dryer in their unit, the only space available was inside the closet. We know it is unconventional but it works! We realize you have to give up closet space for the convenience of having your own Full Size Washer/Dryer in your unit, so we do offer to put a closet in your bedroom to accommodate. Wish we were able to address you personally and invite you back to discuss specifics to make it right. Please stop by or contact our office at (940)766-4288 to discuss further.
It's a shame that the people from the office write their own reviews.....the truth is the apts. Are not safe at all. The train blows it's horn every 2 hrs. beginning at 11 pm, 1 am, and so on. They have an extreme rat, raccoon and roach problem, oh yeah snakes, armidillo, and frogs. They are not a good place to live if you value clean air. We have been to the hospital so many times since moving in at the end of last year. They are deceptive before moving in and not professional when you sign a lease. I am moving out asap. My familys health is more important than breaking a lease.
I've been living here about a year in a one bedroom. Completely satisfied. new laminate hardwood flooring, new double paned insulated windows that lean in for cleaning. Washer and dryer included. 2 walk in closets in my bedroom. very well insulated. haven't even turned my heat on yet this season. Landscaped with with beautiful bushes that bloom all summer. Great work out equipment in the fitness room. Maintenance dept is professional and handle any situation in a timely fashion. Lastly, the owner is the most honest and fair landlord I have ever dealt with. If u r not considering these apts, you should. TERESA SLAGLE, Happy Resident
We lived in lions court apartments from September 2014 to August 2015. I would not recommend these apartments unless you are single, married with no children or don't like activities, or elderly on a limited income. There is nothing to do at these apartments. The playground is an old rusted broken swing.. There are no activities for children and quite often they are in the dumpsters looking for something to play with. The laundry room consists of a single washer and dryer in the mailroom. The tennis court has no net and is overgrown. I never got a key to the fitness room even after asking about it several times. I was always told the manager had to make more. The outsides of the apartments are in disrepair and in need of painting and updating. There is only one maintenance man. The main gate was broken several times for long periods. If this amount of rent is all you can afford these apartments are ok. But if you can find something better in a safer part of town I would advise not renting at lions court. The management of these apartments needs to expand their laundry facilities, have REAL playgrounds for the children in the complex, and maybe look into having weekly or monthly activities for the children and tenants.
