Property Ratings at Lions Gate Apartments
I lived in Lions Gate from 2021-2022, and again 2023-2024. The complex has gone downhill in this last year. We have a "renovated" unit which is a shotty job for a ridiculous price upcharge. We moved in to dirty windows and suspected mold on the windows. We alerted the complex and were passed around with no real solution to this issue. We now have a rodent problem for 2 months that the complex will not respond to work orders to prevent or fix. The leasing office is not communicative at ALL and we have to press for information or repeatedly reach out. We have a lease for another year and will try and move if possible after. NOT WORTH THE PRICE, FIND BETTER.

These apartment buildings are infested with mice! No matter what you do the mice don’t seem to go away they’re crawling under our door from the hallways and climbing in through the windows and vents this is not a safe place to live especially with children!!!!

Management never answers the phones and when they do, they are rude. Maintenance requests were marked as completed when no one had even came out. Worse place I ever rented from.
This is a horrible place to live. Shalae is very unprofessional and rude and maintenance just walks in whenever they feel like it. Or they won’t come at all. Nothing is taken seriously here and they do not care. Save your money and find elsewhere to live This is terrible.
This place is horrible. Centipedes, roaches, and bugs everywhere. Roof is leaking, property manager doesn’t respond to emails or calls. Horrible paint jobs, holes/cracks in the ceilings.

Unfortunately with the pandemic some services have been altered as many of our residents are home and unable to leave during services. ROACHES SPIDERS CENTIPEDES MOLD GAS LEAKS CARBON MONIXIDE BROKEN DRYER AND WASHER BROKEN DISH WASHER HORRIBLE PAINT JOB BROKEN HEATING SYSTEM THE APARTMENT ITSELF NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES CLEANED STILL HAS DIRT FROM LAST OWNER AND THE MANAGEMENT COMES IN WITHOUT CONSENT AND STEALS MAIL! THIS IS WHAT IVE DEALT WITH TRYING TO LIVE HERE AND PREGNANT!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
Very noisy residents. There three cars with boomboxes that park and C and D area, have no common sense at all. They blast their music while just sitting in cars, at times upto an hour. This happening starting from 10 pm to 8 am on daily basis. Used to be a good quite area until appr 6 weeks ago. Blasting music often wakes neighborhood up around 3 am, making neighbors calling police.
