Property Ratings at Lisa Ridge
First of all, I wouldn’t rent this out to homeless person. The people in the ease office can’t give you an experience on living here because THEY NEVER LIVED HERE. They just lease! This apartment should be your LAST RESORT or not a choice at all. Let me just run it down. Rat infestation, roach infestation, ant infestation, leaking in the ceilings that causes mold and they just paint over it. You will wake up in the morning and your car will not be outside because they towed it, no surveillance so when someone breaks into your car you’re on your own, additional fees tagged on to your rent for no reason, everything is just poorly handled. It’s pathetic
As someone who currently lives in this apartments I’m so disappointed in my experience I moved into this apartments because I had to not because I wanted to I just read a post from 2 years complaining about the same things such as rats & roaches infesting the apartments at this point I don’t think it’s anything they can do to fix that problem smh then one of the women ( I don’t remember her name) had the nerve to tell me I problem brought them with me & I honestly believe she know this place had a rat & roach problem I NEVER leave reviews on places but this was necessary I’ve already typed a lot but my message I’m trying to get across is DO NOT move here if can help if you don’t care about living with rats & roaches be my guest the only good part about this place is the ladies in the office they are nice & friendly but that’s it I’m just so disappointed in this place
Recently they have done a lot to make the property seem nicer. There are grills, benches, tables, and a play area for kids that is all new. The closet space is great. If you have a dishwasher, there wont be a single drawer in the kitchen to put your silverware though. The location is nice except for the ongoing construction. Unfortunately a lot of the residents are careless. Kids are often unsupervised, denting cars throwing rocks. Broken glass and trash are common, people jam things in the building doors so they can be lazy and not use a key, screws and nails litter areas of the parking lot which I pick up when i notice them, but Ive had 3 flats in a year from this. I imagine it's from construction and carpet crews between renting out the units. Between the raccoons and stray cats the dumpster areas are pretty hard to maintain for the grounds guy. The vehicle policy is not enforced properly, they'll put tickets on cars once in a while, but majorly damaged cars park here regularly. There's a security service that comes by sometimes. Depending on who it is they'll just park and play on their phone. Some of them seem like they actually care though, and are friendly so thats nice to see. They have an online maintenance portal, but things can go a month before you have someone do the work order. The worst though is that many of the units have bugs. Ants, roaches, centepedes. Lots of residents smoke pot and the buildings will stink. Basically, it's okay for short term if youre lucky enough to get an apartment free of bugs. You get used to the other hassles.
This is our apartment-home.It's located in Western Hills and few minutes away from Cincinnati downtown ,University of Cincinnati and Uc hospitals. It's a great location with good view and calm neighborhood. The apartments buildings are well secured, good maintenance and management is always ready to help. It's close to a shopping complex and located on the bus lines too.A well maintaining pool and a play area for kids .My kids love the place a lot.The management take a good care of the tenants .There is a tenant appreciation month. They celebrate every event like Christmas,Easter and Halloween, lots of treats for kids and yard sales, free foods in the tenant appreciation month. We love our home.
I've lived in my apartment at Lisa Ridge for almost 8 years. Overall, it's a quiet and clean community. Maintenance is pretty responsive when things need to fixed. The owners of the complex have quirky rules that seem silly and can be frustrating (i.e. no welcome mats in front of apartment doors, no vehicles with any body damage permitted on property, but in general, it's a decent place to live.
I Love living here. . . . I read the other reviews... Agree with the 1st about Michelle & the staff... the other one is Ridiculous ! ! ! The staff is great, I've been here over 3 years & had very few things go wrong, but I even had a response to repair something after midnight ! ! ! It stays quiet because management sticks true to the lease & will ask the loud, rowdy, disrespectful rule breakers to go find someplace else to live. . . . Thank you... I've lived places where the parking lot looked like an outdoor garage..not here...!!! No oil changes & repairs going on outside, not even a parked junk car.....The pool is monitored & kept clean & safe.. the grounds are very clean, even the deer like coming here.....
I currently reside here(going on 3 years) and I love where I live. Michelle is by far the best staff member in the office and who I prefer to deal with. Every time I have had any issues they were immediately resolved. Michelle always has a smile on her face and is very helpful, love the family atmosphere here. The office is always hosting some type of event community garage sales, bb q's etc.My apartment is clean, quiet, I feel safe and definitely worth the money!
The only downside to this place is the apartment manager. this lady is very nosy and will come off nice when you first meet her, but after that she can turn to a nightmare. she will harass you about your guess even if she knows your guess whether its friends or family. i first hand watched this woman run people out of this place. no need to take my word for it go to lisa rige and ask the people who live here. i also saw this woman fight with resident. this is not the best place to live if your looking for privacy if you dont mind your office staff watching who comes and goes from you home this is a place for you because everything else here is wonderful.

I totally disagree with you about Management...If a tenant has a Guest staying with them who is rowdy or breaks the rules.... then they shouldn't be visiting... the rules we all agree to when we sign the lease need to be followed... No cars with rust & wreckage, no loud noise. . .no smoking & rowdiness at the pool, even cursing , you will be & should be "Talked to"...If you don't comply..the next rule is you will be asked to leave. . . . That's why I love it here. . . . it stays quiet & the outside doesn't look like a junkyard...go visit some other places....I'd rather be here ! ! ! !
