West Orange is an upscale suburban community located about thirty miles west of Manhattan. The township is best known for its historic Llewellyn Park neighborhood, filled with Victorian homes that once belonged to such prominent citizens as Thomas Edison (Edison’s factory is one of the city’s distinctive landmarks as well). Most of the landscape in West Orange is covered by residential neighborhoods, with the popular Essex Green Shopping Center in the middle of town serving as the hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Despite the long process, it went well in the end. Lets see the next experiences. The only point I would recommend to revise is: we took a 18 months contract, so the incentive should be 1.5 free months, as 26 months contract considers 2 free months.
I recently moved into Stone Hill, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The architecture is modern and sleek, blending beautifully with the surrounding neighborhood. The amenities are top-notch, featuring a well-equipped gym and a stylish indoor and outdoor lounge area. I want to extend a special thank you to both the move-in specialist and the concierge team. The move-in specialist made the entire process enjoyable and efficient, ensuring that everything was in place for my arrival. The concierge team further enhances the experience at Stone Hill. Their welcoming demeanor and readiness to assist make every day feel special. Whether it's helping with packages, offering local recommendations, or organizing community events, their dedication to residents is truly commendable. Overall, I highly recommend Stone Hill for anyone looking for a comfortable and vibrant living space, complemented by exceptional support from a fantastic team.
So far my resident experience has been very positive. Neighbors are friendly, lots of cure doggies, front desk staff is very helpful and friendly and maintenance calls (all minor) have happened quickly.
Very happy here. Just wish some residents would care more about the property and pick up after their dogs or throw their garbage down the trash. Also having issues with carriers like UPS and FedEx not delivering to building 3000 and sending packages back without calling recipient or sending to building 300, which is a pain.
We've visited the property a few times to view different apartments over the last few months and every visit has been met with really exceptional service team at the leasing office on the premises. Stonehill is the best! Quality, service, cleanliness and overall living conditions are everything one can ask for. Love everything about it from the people that work here, the neighbors and the immediate environment.
Living at Stonehill is peaceful and safe! The community is kept beautifully and the staff is friendly and helpful. So far it exceeds my expectations!
Although I have only been at Stonehill for only a month, I have been welcomed by so many of the residents. Everyone is super friendly and kind. I am so excited to be apart of a welcoming community and cannot sit until my boyfriend moves in next week!

It was easy and the staff were helpful with the carts. I have no complaints . I liked how they only use one elevator for the move in process . I give it a 10/10 for move in.

The front desk has been very helpful while we have been getting settled in. The amenities have been great so far and the shuttle to the train station is wonderful.

We are enjoying living here very much, the staff, in whatever capacity has been very pleasant and responsive to our needs. The building is always kept immaculate as are the surrounding grounds.
Love the apartment and the space. Management can do better with certain things like cardboard and the lockout fees are absurd for what is considered off hours.
overall good movie theatre dimming lights dont work and the ice machine in building 1000 is still broken - movie theater should work based on key fob of the person who reserved the room you shouldnt have to go to front desk also cardboard is very annoying we should be able to leave in garbage room
Stone Hill has been very helpful with our move in process. The leasing office is extremely nice and the community is well kept. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are amazing.
So far so good. Only issue I have is with visitor parking. Someone stopping by for a fee hours should not have to pay especially when there are so many spots. If they do have to pay they should be able to park in the garage and not have to deal with rain/snow and extensive walking.
Just moved in . It’s great so far! Great amenities , great location . Staff is professional and attentive. My building is brand new. Looking forward to see this community grow
I couldn’t be happier at Stonehill. I would love to see certain improvements that I’m sure would come along naturally once the kinks are worked out.
Concierge and the leasing department have been an absolute delight. Even maintenance! A few hiccups with the internet has left us a bit frustrated. But Stonehill as a collective has been wonderful.

The property is beautiful, including the architecture, interior design in common areas, amenities, landscaping, and apartment design and finishes. A lot of thought was put into the details. Since everyone is new it has a very friendly neighborly vibe. The staff are all wonderful from the concierges to the leasing office. The area is great with a lot of convenient nearby shopping and restaurants, easy access to the highway, proximity to the vibrant downtowns of Montclair and South Orange, and a short drive to the Orange train station. Overall I am very happy at Stonehill and I'm looking forward to meeting more new neighbors as the complex fills up.

great new community. Love the shuttle bus service and state of the art gym. Staffs are professional and friendly. The BBQ grills are new but seem to take longer time to heat up.

Moving in soon. had delays due closing on my home sale. However, Eugene and his staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating my issues. Look forward to moving in this month and working with this wonderful staff.
The onboarding process has been great. Quick response on requests when raised. One additional thing that needs to be addressed is availability of thrash bins on pathways.
