The Harlo

Again another plus for this year that the Harlo Management Team had provided the tenants with so many wonderful special and seasonal fun activities with exceptional delicious food and drinks and social events, which was very well administered in a competent manner.

Being a resident here is great! The amenities are awesome. I need to attend sometime. The management team is wonderful. The maintenance team complete all work orders within a 24 hour.

Great place ! First, Its close to the greatest Baseball team of all time, lol. Great staff & property is well maintained and super clean, best food around boston right next door

I feel at home here and that is because of the staff. Every one makes me feel at home and like they truly care. I hope I remain at The Harlo for a few more years during all of my time in Boston I am so happy I moved here

Great location in the heart of Boston. Close to medical area and diverse restaurants and culture. The Harlo is well maintained and every effort is made to ensure you have a great rental experience.

Overall we have had a good experience at the Harlo. Pros: the best part of the Harlo is the central location. The management and concierge are friendly and responsive, and the building is well kept. Cons: Unfortunately, living in Boston there have been a few instances of pests within our unit. The other con is that there are multiple events each month hosted by the building for the residents, but these are often inaccessible due to the times at which they are offered, and also because they are all food and drink centric (which excludes those with food allergies). The events look great and I'm sure are well loved by some residents, but it's just something to consider that your rent money funds this when rent is high and you can't attend. Nevertheless, would recommend the Harlo and have been happy living here for a few years.

I love living here! The staff is incredible, and the building is well-maintained. The location is awesome as well! Unfortunately, it's very expensive—if my rent goes up, I simply won't be able to stay. Otherwise great building!

We just moved into the Harlo and it been a great experience. Move-in was seamless and all the employees are very responsive to all your inquiries. The unit and common areas are well maintained and it seems like a nice community with lots of social gatherings available for residents who would like to participate.

The Harlo is incredible. Everyone is very nice, great location, and they are always hosting fun events for the residents to get to know each other better! Love it!!

I recently moved into The Harlo, and I can't recommend it enough! This luxury apartment building in the heart of Fenway has truly exceeded my expectations. First off, the staff is incredible. From the moment I stepped in, they made me feel welcomed and valued. The amenities are top-notch. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views, perfect for relaxing after a long day or entertaining friends. Plus, the fitness center is fully equipped, i no-longer have to pay for a gym membership. One of the best aspects of living at The Harlo is the variety of fun events organized throughout the year. From wine nights to holiday parties, there's always something happening that brings residents together. It’s a great way to meet neighbors and make lasting friendships.

Living at the Harlo has improved my life significantly. The location is amazing, everything is nearby. The amenities are great. As a workout lover, I appreciate the care to detail in choosing quality equipment. The common areas are beautiful and comfortable. The staff is super nice and helpful. Also, the social activities/gatherings that management offers are fun and a great way to create community.

I lived at The harlo for 2 years and it was the best experience i have ever had in a mangaed luxury building like this. from the second i moved in until weeks after my move-out the staff treated me with kindness and like I was part of their own family. I will certainly be visiting when I am back in Boston. Thank you for everything

The Harlo is an incredible building with a community feel. We just moved in and are so pleased with our decision to rent here! The location is unbeatable, all the staff are warm and friendly, the amenities are excellent and the vibes are top notch. Highly recommend!

Very happy with all parts of the Harlo, from the property itself to the staff that work there tirelessly every day.

The building does very well catering to the tenants with many activities and social events.

The Management haves times when they will provide the tenants with nice breakfast sandwiches, and other times when they will have nice coffee and hot chocolate mornings in the Lobby. Also they will have fun certain game times with delicious treats and drinks, and my favorite game would be Bingo.. and also they will always remember your Birthday by sending you a nice gift card.. There was a time when I was sick and the Management brought me up a nice special fruit basket and with a delicious bag of cookies, wih a nice get well card, and a little stuffed cat. Also if I have a heavy box delivered to the building, the conerseur or the Maintenance team will bring it up to my apartment.

Love the amenities especially gym, deck area, common work space and 24/7 receptionist To handle packages! You guys are doing amazing! Thank you so much!

The Harlo is fantastic! All the amenities are brand new and modern, the staff is welcoming and friendly, and the units are well-crafted. This building's prime location in Fenway is unmatched.

We feel at home here! it also would be nice to get a bigger place based on the amount we currently paying.

I moved a week ago and so far it has been a great experience. I love the concierge and the staff has been really helpful so far. The area is great, I just hoped we had a pool since it has been so hot lately.

Living in Harlo, I say you will receive best residential support services with Property Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was out in the hallway, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. Not to mention the location is convenient. We have been here since 2018, the building is as new as it first opened back in 2018. I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming graduate students looking for housing. You couldn’t be happier!

I have lived at the harlo for 5 years as of July 1st and it is the best building i have ever lived in my life and it is my home. Thank you to Allie and Amanda and all of the maintenance for making it feel like home and for all of your hard work. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

The concierge and maintenance staff are amazing! The neighborhood offers walking distance to all your essentials and lot more. Great restaurants, parks and proximity to Fenway park.

Great location, beautiful building, wonderful staff and maintenance team (incredibly responsive and attentive, too!). I've moved about four times in the past four years and this is the first time I've renewed a lease at the same building. Highly recommend!

The Harlo Management is a well managed property, I've been living here for six years, plus the maintenance team keeps the complex exceptional clean, and any apartment problems are taken care immediately. The Management provides the Tenants with so many exciting fun events, like Holiday celebrations, and game night events with gift cards to the winners, plus live entertainment, food vendors, birthday gifts, and many more wonderful activities.

After 1 month, I can say The Harlo is a great place to live. The concierges remember you right away and always welcome you home with a smile. Shout outs to Kayla and Manny and the rest of the team. The maintenance team takes pride in their repairs and always gets back to you about progress. Thanks Chris and Sobner! The front office staff are very friendly and make sure that you feel well cared for. Allie, E. Jinn, and Amanda answered innumerable emails right away during the lease signing process and as move-in day approached. The location is the best with the Museum of Fine arts and Isabella Stewart Gardner museums within 3 blocks walk and the beautiful community gardens (a "victory garden" dating back to the second World war) just behind the building. Tatte is on the first floor and excellent Sushi Kappo and Phinstra Vietnamese cafe 1 block away. Star market is next door and H Mart and Whole Foods are close by.

The Harlo Management Team provides the very best of service to it's tenants. I have called for a problem inside my apartment, and they were at my door with in ten minutes! The Management provides the Tenants with so many wonderful events, live entertainment, and fun activities along with your other fellow Tenants and also the Management will award you with so many exceptional gift prizes.

It’s cool living here and the ameneties are pretty good.The staff is nice and some of the neighbors are really nice as well. It is very clean here as well

Just signed my 3rd lease for the next 15 months (going on 4 years living at the Harlo). Factor out the inconvenience of moving, I really cannot think of anywhere else I would prefer to live in Boston. The Harlo, just as a building alone, has character. I've loved my unit since I first moved in, there are a lot of community events on offer, friendly dogs (and people) everywhere -- staff is incomparable (especially the maintenance and concierge folks) and above all else, location, location, location. If you're lucky, you can catch free concerts at the Fenway - just head up to the rooftop terrace. Place is well-maintained and while you'd expect some wear and tear to the common areas after a while, but nope. Everything gets freshened up regularly. Can't speak any more highly of the Harlo. Will likely be here so long as I can afford it. In the interest of transparency, it's not an inexpensive place to live, but I as the saying goes, you get what you pay for -- and here, you get a lot.

I think The Harlo is the best luxury apartment in Fenway area. I really appreciate very kind and helpful concierge and leasing team. The building is clean, neat and fancy. Common area and amenities are excellent. Interesting events in every month are also very pleasant. Simply highly recommended.

First winter storm while living at the Harlo. Excellent and prompt snow/ice removal and sidewalk care. No issues with heating either in apartment or public areas. Very cozy!

The Harlo Management Team always keeps the building in the very best of condition! If you have any kind of problem in your apartment, the Maintenance Team will attend to it immediately! And the tenants are treated with so many monthly fun activities, along with tasty treats, and entertainment!

We just moved in the Harlo. The leasing office helped every single step very very kindly. All the process were smoothly done by their excellent help. Concierge is also very helpful and kind. The Harlo is excellent itself. Everything looks new and clean. So far, everything is satisfied.

Amazing facility, great location, incredible people and staff. Fifth floor amenities are a plus. Busy area, lots of people and noise but those are only a downside if you are bothered by them.
