Too many smokers and residents who don't not pick after their dogs. The walk way has dog poo and duck poo all around. There's no consequences or accountability for those who smoke openly in the verandah throughout the day. They don't even hide or care.
It’s a pretty good place to live it’s just that for certain buildings parking is hard to find after a certain time also the gym is decent but it gets crowded during the afternoon.

I just moved here this month and I absolutely love it, everything is quiet, lots of kids and families around, pets, my roommate has done about 20 maintenance requests and they have came and fixed every single one of them within the first couple of weeks, honestly these first few weeks it has been the best experience

The community is very nice and the surrounding is beautiful. However, the apartment has its flaws. You have to get a renovated one to have less issues on appliances and in overall condition. Maintenance is not as great, you can expect them to show up one week later from the date you put a request in. When something is broken I am not sure if they’re not allowed to replace with a new one since the apartment I have is not renovated. Because I been having issues with the dryer quit often, I put in at least 8 requests to come and look at it and they try to fix it but at the same time if something needs that much attention maybe it’s time for a new one.

The maintenance staff is great . Highly recommend to anyone looking to move in Davie . They have monthly food trucks to purchase . Amazing selection of food , drinks , sweets as donuts & ice cream .

I've been living here for 5 years, complex and staff are getting better and better, I moved to a bigger apartment a couple months ago and I love it! I love my new home... Ana and Emily helped a lot! We needed maintenance staff to fixed a couple things and they did great! My carpets were brand new, no mold, no stains, no odor. Luis demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and efficiently resolves maintenance issues, reliable and punctual in completing his job. I appreciate it. I can't forget to mention the last Halloween event, it was a spectacular, the whole team got into action, they put a lot of dedication and time, my family and I enjoyed it to the fullest. We are happy to be part of Palm trace landings.

Parking policy is outrageously strict and unfair. Rent price is very high for what you get. Neighborhood is good, well kept and safe. A lot of turnover

Not a bad place to live in considering how bad living in apartments can be. The package room is a joke though. Had multiple packages stolen from me. The local water plant isn’t the best either. Our water is yellow and we were told it’s just an “aesthetic thing” but to be quite honest if we had known that before signing the lease, we wouldn’t have chosen this apartment.

Amazing community it is 10 Minutes walking distance from Palm trace landings to Westport Plaza, where Publix is located. It is also a 15 minute drive to downtown Fort Lauderdale

Everything is fine. Haven't had any issues with theft in the mail room which is nice. However, there are still those who don't pick up dog waste along the walking path.
