Property Ratings at Wheaten Place
2 years without AC. They should not be allowed to rent to anyone. Rent anywhere else but here.
When I first moved in my freezer had mold in it. I also asked them for a mail key the same week but kept going in circles with them over it and it took them about a month to finally get me a key. Not shortly after that my sink and dish washer would flood and over flow over night when I was sleeping. And just the other day my car was towed right out of the parking for no reason. I might end up paying 200 to get it out but I’m still working with the office about it. I do not recommend living here because I’m trying to leave this horrible place!!!!
Don't let them get you with great pricing. Run the other way. You will regret living here. Every tenant I've spoken to hates it!!
Decent pricing. However frequent issues with controlled entry (non tenant related). Water works great but windows allow for drafts in the winter and hot air in the summer.
