beautiful building and amenities, lots of hidden costs. poor communication from the leasing staff and nearly impossible to get in touch with them via phone or even showing up at the office during work hours. neighbors are an interesting mix of extremely wealthy and low income—definitely will see some drug use among neighbors. the rent payment portal is less than ideal. i do love that they have on site security every night and 24/7 security available via phone.

Caldwell is a very nice place for living, staff is friendly and helpful, amenities nice. Hope neighbors respect more the building guidelines.

Its a a great luxury scene although does have a good number of cons that may make the stay not most desirable. The staff is great and understanding though.

The building itself has really good amenities. I think visitor parking should be the next thing on the list. Also, the weed smell is the worst I have ever seen. There is a dispensary right in front of the building and it shows. The amount of people in this building and outside that smoke is too many. Even the roof top at night which you would think is smoke free actually is not. People go up there to smoke all the time and it is embarrassing when you have guests over.

It’s a beautiful layout and I think this will make an amazing little home for me and my baby girl . My baby girl can officially say we have our own place.

I like living here because it's convenient to a lot of things. Like the bus station the train station grocery stores things like that the downfall is some of the stuff that goes on within the building around the building it's not safe they ruin it for other people but other than that I enjoy living here

I regret to say that my experience has been horrible there are people who do not live in the building in and out buying drugs using the bathroom in the lobby to use drugs, homelesspeople sleeping in the chairs in the lobby. The halls always smell like marajuana I have found used needles in and around the building. My neighbors party all night most nights and the noise keeps me and my child up not to mention the walls shaking from the bass.

I love living here! With all the amenities and maintained cleanliness of the building, you can't go wrong. The location of the apartment is amazing with the transportation hub being steps away.

The lobby is clean, there’s always a crew cleaning every morning. I feel safe within this complex due to the security. The neighbors are nice and welcoming.

Lot of homeless and drug dealers walking inside the building, non respectful redidents, if you have work in the morning you will stay up all night due to some non respectful residents, i spoke to the office with proofs but they never care

I think it's potentially a great place to live, but there are too many instances of mutual respect for the shared spaces that concern me.

Very welcoming, walls are thin but neighbors are not too noisy. Elevators are easy to access, friendly faces everywhere. Love that there is an app to open the front and back doors and package room. Luxury vibes in apartments.

Wonderful place to live, love the amenities and location . Security is tight which made me want to live here in the beginning. It helps to know that as I feel safe.

When I first got here the apartment the building was awesome it was up to date and all the new gadgets I never seen before I liked it very much

Overall the unit is very good. Issues with the parking garage excessive noise complaints. Roof is always full grilles are used for hours at a time.

Really good experience in the building, I like everything and the way that you guys resolve all the problems so fast, I hope continue feeling in this way

I enjoy living close to everything I need! But this summer the roof has been very unsafe! People don't respect others! The bathroom never have toilet paper

I’ve been a part of the Caldwell community for almost a month now, and my time here has been amazing. I’m already settled into my home, and have been taking good advantage of all of the amenities. I feel like I live in luxury every day.

Everything is good in general. Elevators have been pretty unreliable as of the past month between maintenance and the amount of people using the roof/pool area.

not good building smells. people don’t take care of anything. leasing office is never available for current residents . security is never here to make sure things are squared away right. no one watches amenities so other residents bring so many guest that other residents can’t enjoy amenities . rent is to high for these things to be happening and might I add the elevators are always broken

gorgeous!! it’s not cheap but it also definitely is worth the money! love love love the rooftop deck, and there’s so many other amenities that I haven’t found in any other apartment like the movie room or conference room. highly recommend

Convenience, nice people, top notch security . I really enjoy living here as it is definitely a step up from what I'm used to. After being here for awhile, this place certainly feels like home.

although we have only lived here for a couple weeks it has been an easy transition. everyone is friendly and respectful of themselves and their pets. place is clean and professional

Caldwell is a nice building with facilities and a good place for living.

Moving into Caldwell has been a great experience. The application process was seamless and the team was very accessible and answered any questions I had. The unit was turn key and ready to for me to move in. The amenities are nice and looking forward to using them this summer.

So far I love living here. It's not too hard to find parking, everyone is pleasant, the neighborhood has good restaurants, the building is very nice, views are great, and my apartment is bright, clean, and modern. A huge bonus is that we can pick produce from the gardens on the roof! I wish there were more gardens! But I anticipate being happy here for some time ??

Caldwell is the best place to live ,clean,quiet ,friendly.......only challege is parking.

If all you want is a good aesthetic and a decent location, then this may be the place for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere. Management is awful. The package room is basically a closest and packages are constantly being stolen and a management does nothing. They send out dismissive and rude emails to residents often. It’s like living in a dorm with a bad RA rather than a “luxury” apartment.

I really like living here. Navigating the neighborhood is easy and the building itself is nice. It's great that I can have a dog here and there's even a pet spa. The fact that I can't hear my neighbors walking above me or even next to me is a huge plus. Proximity to buses and the T is also great for getting around and commuting to work.

Gorgeous building! A dream come true. Friendly staff. Already made friends with a few of the neighbors even though I have only been here a few weeks. Oh and there is a pool on the roof and party reservation rooms. :D

Unresponsive rude staff. Would not recommend at all. Expect to have loud neighbors and just an overall horrible experience. You are better off looking somewhere else for the money.

While at first I was drawn in by the high ceilings, the amenities, and the view from the top floor, I’ve quickly come to realize what a façade it all was. There is no vetting process in applicants they let in here, so after a few months I started to see lots of drug dealers and addicts inside the building. Though we live in a neighborhood surrounded by this, the apartment building felt like an oasis hidden in Lynn. However, once they started getting accepted for leases the entire community changed. They even hired security, which I first thought was a great addition after all my sketchy encounters, but it turns out they are more strict on residents who abide by the rules than those who break them. These are just a few of my grievances after living here for 15 months. Others on my floor have decided to move out for the same reasons. For the money we pay here, expectations of safety and accessibility to amenities run quite short of the price tag. Skip this one and find somewhere else.

I had a showing scheduled for today at 1pm, I literally called the day before less than 24 hours prior to reserve a unit that would be available in late august. I asked the representative to submit an application yesterday to reserve the apartment and she insisted I wait until showing. Today something tells me to check before arriving for the showing and the unit im viewing is no longer listed. Highly unprofessional no even called me to let me know that I would be coming to see a unit that is not available anymore. I would not recommend. This place looks beautiful but already off to bad customer service.

A very competent maintenance professional, great work completed with quality, highly recommended. Also very polite individual.

This building is a pretty nice place to live. The apartments are built well with attention to detail and the staff here are very nice. Maintenance work is done promptly and the common areas are usually very clean and smell good. When you have an issue, the building managers try to get it fixed which shows they really care about their tenants!

There are better options. The staff don't communicate, the floors are unfinished, the noise levels are high with no real soundproofing in the walls. Don't move here.

Caldwell is a beautiful and modern structure with so many amazing amenities that I never want to leave! It feels like living in a luxury hotel. 10/10 stars.
