As one of the oldest cities in the United States west of the Appalachians, Cincinnati offers residents contemporary urban living in a historic, distinctive setting. One of the oldest cities in the US houses an influential youth culture. Students, professionals, artists, and musicians of all walks of life come to the southwest corner of Ohio to live and work. College and professional sports are wildly popular, with the Bearcats of the University of Cincinnati, the Reds, and the Bengals enjoying huge fan bases in their hometown.
Renters and visitors alike will delight in attractions like the Cincinnati Art Museum, the Newport Aquarium, and the city’s iconic zoo. The annual Oktoberfest is one of the biggest celebrations of its kind outside of Munich, drawing thousands to the streets to celebrate the city’s German heritage.

Property Ratings at Foxwood Apartments
the only good thing about these apartments is that they're close to grocery and other stores and a few good food places but that's where the good starts and ends. The doors to the building are ALWAYS locked and you can't get in without a key which I thought would make me feel safer but has actually proved to be more of a pain. if you leave your key in your apartment, you're going to be stuck outside until someone that lives in your building comes home and lets you in. It happened to me one time, nobody inside would let me in even though I'm sure people heard me banging on the door. I also called the management office about seven times, no answer. Left messages but never got a call back to even ask if I was okay. In addition to this, having the doors constantly locked makes deliveries a hassle and more than once now the back door to our building has broken so that you get LOCKED IN. both times it's taken multiple days to fix. While the area has a lot of good shops and foods, the actual area itself does not feel safe. people wander around at night and my apartment was almost broken into once. Someone took the screen off the window in my living room and opened the window. Again, I called management about this and got NO RESPONSE. I ended up buying window locks but as a 20-something woman living alone it was TERRIFYING. I also have a couple living above me that has gotten into fights more than once and the police have been called at least twice. Finally, the last major incident I've had here is that my apartment FLOODED. We had a day of heavy rain and I spent the evening working a closing shift and didn't get home until 2AM. When I got home the carpet in my living room and bedroom were drenched. I called the management office AND emergency maintenance a total of 12 times and got no answer until the following morning from maintenance. multiple pieces of my furniture were ruined but because the property has apparently never had an issue with flooding, nothing could be done to replace my stuff. Maintenance gave me a dehumidifier but it required so much electricity that it kept cutting out the power in my apartment.Again, never received a call back from management despite leaving several messages for them. Those are the major issues I've had, I could keep going but basically this place sucks and you can find safer, nicer, and more caring places to take your money than here.
I am new to Foxwood but I looked at many apartments before deciding to make this my home. The parking is good. They are good size spaces and the residents are respectful of the parking rules. The current property manager is nice and professional. She was early to all the appointments and very proactive in making things easier for tenants. From where to park to unload based on the location of your apartment to the different ways to save money with regards to the requirements for the return of your deposit, she is very helpful. I really felt comfortable with her level competency and knowledge. All the paperwork was organized ahead of time and her level of service is unparalleled to any property manager I’ve met. She made me feel as if Foxwood was a high end luxury apartment. The apartments are well maintained. Every inch of my apartment was painted nicely, all the appliances are in fairly good shape. They have big windows in the living room and bedroom. The layout is open and spacious. My place does have some dated, slightly damaged fixtures/items; major ones are, my bathroom medicine cabinet, inside kitchen shelving, eat in area ceiling fan and the entry way carpet (which they are set to look at due to safety in a week). However, the overall value they offer for the location is unmatched. I can also hear my neighbors like typical apartment living but overall it is a quiet building. The hallways and parking lot are clean and lit up. The building is locked at all times. They seem to make safety a priority for their tenants. So far I enjoy the great amount of sunlight my apartment gets, the clean, spacious lay out and a reliable staff.
Bed Bugs, other bugs, dirty, horrible property manager.. All the reviews are planted. Don’t do it. Trust me

My son lives at these apartments and is very happy there. The apartment was clean and kept up when he moved in. Maintenance and manager is great ! Anytime he has a question they are very nice and help any way they can! I would recommend living there! He has had no problem with bugs or anything!
