Property Ratings at Litchfield Gardens
That's right. Cancel your streaming services, because you can hear everything your neighbor does; washing the dishes, scream at their significant other, run angrily around the unit. Save some money, and listen to their drama through the paper thin walls. Not entirely sure why there is a post about a babbling brook, they certainly meant their babbling neighbor. If that is not going to lure you in, wait till you feel the unit shake from your neighbor's door slam. Perhaps even the departing low quality floors may entice you. Or, the threatening notices about the snow plow, yet it will be done two days later than the initial hit. Do you enjoy living in the Sahara Desert? Perfect! The master bedroom reenacts that very temperature; meaning no air flow! Such a treat!
I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience working with the property manager and staff here. They worked so hard to get me and my partner into our current apartment and I’m extremely grateful. They’ve been absolutely amazing to us!!!
This is a very nice place to live. It is quiet and comfortable. It is always warm and you have plenty of hot water. The property manager, Rand is a wonderful person. He is always there to answer questions you have or help you with any problems that may come up. I feel that they would be lost without a manager like him. The maintenance team is great. They are always available when you need something fixed. You never have to worry about winter because the plowing is always taken care of and the sidewalks are clear and safe.
A couple of months ago I moved into my apartment. So far, everybody I have come in contact with, beginning with the property manager Rand to the outstanding maintenance crew, everyone has been very accomodating, professional, and quick to respond to any of my requests. I could not be happier with my apartment and experience. P.S. And I have the best neighbors!!
The Duplex that I live in is quiet & private. I can hear the babbling Brook when I open the windows. The back slider opens up to a nice view. There are hiking trails surrounding the area. My neighbors are quiet. This place is spacious, very clean & affordable.
I love my apartment. It is always warm and plenty of hot water. The property is always clean and you never have to worry about snow removal. I Recommend anyone who needs an appartment to come here.
Me and my girlfriend were initially moving in here looking for a 2 bedroom town house were given a 1 bed apt instead. Initially we figured that would be fine put a 1350.00 down payment no leasing contracts signed. 4 weeks before our scheduled move we opted not to move in (this is late April). We sent emails made calls to no avail to receive funding. Only when my girlfriend wrote a negative review here did we receive an email, a month later. Her post was then taken down and a new one uploaded please do not move here, very unprofessional full of headaches, lied to about drug activity here as well. Just look up the address you will see arrests in this area. Since Friday i had called 14 times, i challenge them to delete my post anyone who sees this that would to confirmation i will show emails and phone records happily. Very unprofessional here!
Not right how bulk waste is dumped behind dumpsters, living room set, sofas, and king size mattress and box springs, etc
Property Manager at Litchfield Gardens, Responded To This Review
The management of Litchfield Gardens apartments has already removed the majority of the bulk items left outside by the tenants. We appreciate those tenants who do not put the burden of disposing of their personal bulk items on Litchfield Gardens staff members.
Not enough parking which led to our car getting hit. We have a 2 1/2 year old and our upstairs wreaks of pot from the neighbors on several occasions. The neighbors are very loud even at 4:30am. Their kids are disrespectful. Office allows people they favor to break rules and not do anything about it then promises to do things to fix problems but it's always lies. Apartment itself is great but everything else sucks.
