I feel safe when walking my dogs, I get along great with neighbors and staff and everyone is so helpful and makes living here more enjoyable. I love when the staff have different activities and food trucks that come and visit the community. Shows how much they care about everyone.

Overall I'm happy with the apartments. I moved in prior to the sliding scale rent. When I went to renew my lease it has taken 3x as long as I thought it would. The property looks good and most of the people are nice. I feel safe walking with the dog anytime of day.

I love it for the most part. I just hate that people don't clean up after their dogs when they are supplied with the bags and waste basket to rid of the poop, especially in the dog park. I refuse to take my dog in there because of it.

I just moved in last week and when I tell you I love it here! Micky was my leasing consultant and I believe she is also the property manager. She helped me throughout this process and got me the exact layout that I wanted from the very start. From start to finish she was amazing and went above and beyond to help me. Haven't been here long, but so far so good. The only problem I have is that people don't clean up after their pets in the dog park, so I don't allow my dog to go in, which I hate because she sees that it's a park for her and she can't go in.

Not thrilled with the smell of cigarettes and marijuana when this is supposed to be a smoke-free property. Trash is an issue here as well. I appreciate the emails, but they're usually about the trash bins and the valet. I am referring to the trash around the complex that sits for days and weeks on end--food wrappers, bottles, etc. And it'd be nice to have a playground for kids, not only a dog park.

My apartment is BEAUTIFUL! Mickey and Shante are phenomenal. From the time I applied they were very helpful and kind to me. On the day of my move in Mickey prepared me with all of the info needed and made my the process very smooth. My unit was super clean and I love the storage/space. The pool is well maintained and the office is always so aesthetically pleasing and welcoming. The events in the community such as food trucks is so helpful especially with having a kid. This will be my home for a long while!

Residents let their dogs poop in the walkways of apartments! I’ve complained about it and it sat there for weeks. They dropped the rent prices and the type of people that moved in make me want to move out. Unfortunately I just renewed my lease! People smoke weed in the stairways and it comes in through my kitchen! There are garbage stains everywhere from all the cans. Ppl have their dogs poop all over the lawn w/o picking it up, so every morning there’s a horrible stink coming from the grass! It’s disgusting! The interior is very nice! Other than that I wouldn’t recommend!!

This property is horrible
If you're considering moving here, don't. This place is horrible and the staff and maintenance guys are lazy and don't do their jobs. This is the first apartment where I have lived and had to pay more than what was on my lease. I've never lived at any apartment complex and had to pay all these admin fees, water, and trash fees in addition to what the lease said. This is supposed to be a smoke free property as they advertise it to be, but it's not. You can't even go for a walk outside without smelling weed and cigarette smoke. It's horrible, let alone the people who smoke in their apartment and we who don't smoke have to smell the crap.

Location is great.. not too pleased with the amenities.. breezeways could be better kept. I love my apartment.. however, rules are not enforced.. some people don’t pick up after their animals.

Amazing no complaints. Neighborhood is very peaceful and aesthetically pleasing. I’ve never had any issue living here. Leasing office crew is amazing.

The new income limits are running good tenant's away and having more smoking and drugs in. Unhappy right now.dont like the way things are going and my lease does not end till Oct. I left my last apartment complex for similar issues.

I have had a pleasure living here. It is a quiet apartment complex and I haven’t had any issues. The staff seems to be nice and helpful. I am new to the triangle and would recommend anyone to look here.

I enjoy living here. The atmosphere is calm and mostly quiet. There’s not too much community interactions, but everyone is respectful of one another and the community rules.

I love living at Litchford 315! Management does a great job at keeping us informed when something is coming up or changing. They are changing apartment eligibility for rent which is confusing.

I have been living here for almost 3 years. I have seen a lot of people come and go. A lot of the lease agreements are not followed and that makes it difficult for those individuals that do follow their agreement The trash is definitely a problem especially in the hallways. Other than that, I enjoy the convenience of accessibility to highways and restaurants.
