Property Ratings at Little King
Property management also took my deposit and charged me hundreds extra upon move out. I left the property in the same condition as it was when I moved in. The same company manages the Kiln Apartments where there are several reviews mentioning the exact same thing. Move anywhere but here, avoid the headache.
I enjoyed living in this apartment, but unfortunately had some issues with my deposit and charges after moving out. I moved out of the apartment and left it undoubtedly cleaner than it was upon move in, but I was charged for cleaning the entire apartment as they claimed every single thing was dirty. They also charged me over 300 dollars for something that was broken when I moved in.. and it was marked on the move in checklist. So unfortunately, I would not recommend this place as they will claim whatever they can to not return your deposit and even charge you more.
