Horrible
These houses are infested with bugs and mold. They are completely money hungry and it is sad how poorly they treat military families. Do yourself a favor and just rent off base

Save yourself a headache dont move heere
The convenience of not living in base is not worth the headache of living here. Houses are poorly maintained and customer service is awful. I dealt with a roach infestation upon move in (they crawled on me in my sleep twice within a week!) only to be dismissed by a office representative who told me "it's only a palmetto bug." 113 Kansas Circle flooded 2 times destroying all my furniture from faulty plumbing. Foundation was cracking bathrooms and so was my kitchen ceiling.
