Centrally located but surrounded by nature! Great maintenance and office staff.

This place absolutely sucks. Good luck trying to get them to take care of noise complaints. After several complaints, nothing. Not even a follow up. Way too expensive to put up with the loud dog upstairs. People use their garage as a storage facility so the parking lots are usually full. Maintenence staff is great, but when you live on the ground floor and the furnace goes out in the middle of the night on the coldest day of the year because the air filter was neglected is pretty annoying. They don't even need to be inside to change it. I lived here a few years ago when it was just "The Arbors" and it was a far better experience. That's why I came back. Utterly and completely disappointed the second time around. Maybe it is under new, even more inept management. I can't wait until my lease is up.

I am absolutely disgusted that they require cats to be declawed to live there. Maybe if the people in the office had to have the tips of their fingers upto the first knuckle amputated, they'd change that policy.

moved in 6 months ago in the winter(brrrr!), difficult at first to get used to a smaller setting than a proper house and place to call home. But after so long it feels less like a fancy hotel room and more lif a comfortable pad. The noisy and loud partying neighbor above my floor got evicted, so now I can get some peace, quiet and some well deserved sleep for what I'm owed since I pay to sleep here.

Clean, quiet, and picturesque. Best choice when reacting to this area. Neighbors are thoughtful, office helpful, and all around a good place to live.

Beautiful complex, right outside of the "City Traffic". Amazing staff on-site. Tons of wonderful amenities including a fitness center, pool, hot tub, dog park, tennis court and more! Most importantly: I always feel safe!

Recently moved back to Michigan with two mini dachshund. The Arbor is a perfect place if you have pets. The building I live in is all dogs which allows you to relax a little, as everyone has a dog so the barking, racing around the apartment is understandable to all. We all get it! There are buildings with no pets if your not a dog lover and want peace. They have a fenced in dog park with chairs and plenty of sidewalk to walk them around. As you see my first concern was dogs though there are many other wonderful things. A beautiful pool area with grills and a hot tub. Club house with a kitchen, large TV and fireplace, gym and computer room. I love that they allow you to access this 24/7. They do a great job at bringing the community together with events at the club house for both kids and adults. Along with book clubs, etc. There is all ages here, from young and moving out of home to retired. Perfect mix! On the maintenance side they are very good. The few problems I had were fixed right away, even on a Sunday. Never feeling it was a problem and very friendly. The grounds are also well kept. My only complaint or issue I see is parking. This place is growing fast without growing the parking availability. Can be very frustrating if you have a visitor or come home late. I have rented a garage so this helps out. Inside, apartments are clean and a good size. I am very happy here and have all I need. Must mention location....perfect! Turn left and downtown in minutes, turn right and at mall and shopping in seconds. Yet feel you are out of town.
