Liv Avenida

The place is clean, aside from the mounds of pigeon poop everywhere. When we moved in, the available apartment was next to the dog park on the 3rd floor. We were ASSURED that you couldn't hear the dogs AND that quiet hours were til 9am. Both of these were a gross misrepresentation. The quiet hour ends at 8am which means 7am to most inconsiderate people. Since the day we moved in (almost a year ago) we have been woken up every morning to incessant barking and howling, yes, howling and yes, EVERY MORNING. Sometimes anywhere from 5am to 7am, we have woken up to these inconsiderate dog owners who allow their dogs to do this. Not to mention the howling dog tried to attack my dog and I am unable to use the dog park when they are using it, again, Liv Avenida did nothing about it. 3 x a day these dogs howl, I cant perform at home zooms for work or enjoy our patio. If you need to work from home, have kids who need to sleep or don't want to wake up every morning to nails on a chalkboard, this place isn't for you. I never write reviews but I wish someone would have told me and spared me the money and waste of time that we will now have to put in to moving.

I have been a resident at Liv! It is a nice apartment complex with nice facilities - pool is a fun hang out spot and the gym is nice with work outs led by a personal trainer. There are also lots of events planned by the office which helps neighbors to get to know each other. Pleasant environment! The office is open and staff members are friendly. Sue at the office is a reliable agent at the office, she is always someone who quickly and efficiently addressed any issues that arise for residents. Liv is a nice apartment in a convenient location too!

This place blows me away. Staff is super professional, courteous, and helpful. The grounds are manicured to perfection, and the pools are like something I would expect on a coastal resort. I expected to have to deal with noise, but this is the quietest community I have ever been around. Residents are respectful, and friendly. I am so glad this made my list of places to check out. This is a great place to live (Liv)!

The staff here is fantastic. They are always eager to help me with anything I need or just to answer a question. The complex is stunning and is maintained very well. I love all the amenities and people! Amazing is the only word needed to describe living here!

I am amazed at the apartments I live in now. When you go through such a devastating year and loose everything and move into a scary apartment it sucks. We were finally able to move into these gorgeous places that make you feel as if you are at home. Livavenida has activities for the adults,the staff gets things done and it is such a pleasant atmosphere to live in. I enjoy going to the activities,hanging at the pool,and using the grill for dinner. I love Livavenida and would not mind extra money for rent.
