Liv Wildwood

Very friendly apartment community and town. Was offered a job in the area and only had 2 weeks to find a place to live. After days of phone calls and visits to other apartments,Wildwood Meadows was the only one that felt like home away from home. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and always available. The amenities are great...heated outdoor pool always clean, clubhouse neat and inviting, and clubhouse gym is great for a quick workout. Apatment layout is nice for families and/or roommates. Not much storage/closet space, so having the on site garages are very helpful. The maintenance team is quick and always check to make sure all is well. Grounds are well kept. Very quite community for the most part. Best part of all is that we are only 5-10 minutes away from the quaint downtown Ludington shopping, beach ,State park, and tons of activities. The only con to living here is having to travel to major stores and chain restaurants. But since the location is right off the main highyway and centrally located, getting to these areas is very easy. I would definitely recommend Wildwood Meadow . Oh, and ask about apartment upgrades before moving in!

Wildwood Apartments are in a nice and quiet area. There is a clubhouse with a seasonal heated pool. Inside the clubhouse is a full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, two computers, internet access, fireplace, flat screen tv and pool table. There is also a 24/7 fitness center. The maintence people are quick to respond to all situations and are very professional.
