Eastlake was named because of its position on the east shore of Lake Union. Within the neighborhood, there’s a heavy mix of residential buildings, small businesses, and floating houses! Eastlake is home to an incredible concentration of houseboats, made famous by the 1993 hit movie Sleepless in Seattle.
Students and staff of the University of Washington enjoy short commutes to campus. The Seattle International Film Festival is a sought-after city event, and it holds the highest attendance record for any film festival in the United States.
Locals enjoy how walkable everything is from each other in Eastlake. Interstate 5 allows for easy travel – and the community is encompassed by mini parks such as Lynn Street Mini Park.

Property Ratings at Liza
Can't say the property is good or bad as it is still under construction. We scheduled a tour but when we arrived there was fencing up and people with hard hats working. It seems the site is accepting tours but the building isn't done yet. We never ended up getting a tour or having anyone contact us despite many attempts. Note that the cheaper units with "M" are MFTE.
