Run with your lives, This place is a disaster, i couldn’t even stay for the rest of the lease period, 4 month of mice infestation and when u complain they do nothing, kids and us started to notice extreme fatigue and tiredness and the doctor told us it because we are breathing the mice waste, and when u told the owner that he did not care, and watch out from the fake reviews he did lately, there is no kids area, washers and dryers are always broken Dont believe the ratings here they all fake go read and see the pictures on google reviews !
I have a lot of friends and family who visit, and the guest parking at Llanerch Place Apartments is super convenient. There’s always enough space, and it’s easy for my guests to find their way around. It’s such a relief not having to worry about where my visitors will park when they come over. I really appreciate how accommodating they are for guests here!

When I had family visiting from out of town, the management at Llanerch Place Apartments went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. They gave great recommendations on things to do nearby and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s these little touches that make the place feel so hospitable. Don’t move here terrible apartment bug and mice infested floors aren’t level ,the people that did the job rushed through it painted over everything possible….AGAIN DONT MOVE HERE
What’s funny is this says why is this excellent. IT IS NOT. 2021 and lanarch apartments are still trash. Don’t move in here if you have the money try renting out a home or somewhere else. If you love bugs leaks and incompetent landlords this is the place for you.
For the first six months we lived in our apartment, we were plagued by mosquitoes living in the basement. One of the many issues with this place is the management cannot keep a single maintenance person employed for over a month. The owner will not pay for proper repairs, as we had a leak for two solid years that was never repaired. Charges were added to our account after we moved. The management lied frequently to us about fixing this only to call and tell us they will seek legal action. Do not move into this place unless you want to live in a place that is not safe, is constantly infested with bugs, and is extremely poorly managed.
Very large apartments for the money, plenty of free off-the-street parking, bus stops are right next to the building, and the staff is very helpful and quick to address any issues. Also, there are couple of restaurants and a 24/7 grocery store in walking distance. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.
I moved in October 1st of 2018 the condition of this apartment was poor they told me that everything will be complete in the apartment in the first week of moving here it is now December going on January and the work is still not complete. one of the owners or managers Isaac told me that November will be half off due to the conditions of the apartment an inconvenience that I have been going through and I was assuming that the following month which would be December will be half off because the conditions of the apartment was the same since I moved in and now have a letter stating that I owe them for the other half of November in the full balance for December and late charges. they never completed the kitchen the bathroom the balcony has holes, there's rutins mice and roaches do not move here ...
I want to give this place no stars. This apartment complex is horrible. I’ve lived here for not even a year and have problems ever since I moved in. Its hard to get in contact with the leasing office or anyone who works for the company too. This place is a nightmare and definitely over priced! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I will not be staying.
I wish I could fully express how much you should not move here. Do not move here. There are other options in the area, do NOT MOVE HERE. Ownership is absolutely atrocious and will try to screw you over any chance they get. Maintenance is an absolute joke. I repeat. Do. Not. Move. Here.
I moved in last November and Terri made it so easy from the application process to the actual move. I moved from a big complex down the street with the wicked witches of the office making life miserable for certain tenants into a smaller, friendly environment where there are planters in the hallways to make it homier. I am enjoying the dishwasher and garbage disposal not available in the previous property, and I love sitting on my balcony when I get home from work. My cats love it too!
I moved in September 2016 Terri couldn't have made the move more pleasant ,any problems or concerns always address in a timely matter couldn't be more happy here the management team are here at least once a week to make sure the residents needs are being meet , Very happy that we moved to Llanerch place
I moved into llanerch place to be greeted by Terri the property management ,I have to say she made my move in very welcoming and pleasant she couldn't have done enough for me ,The property management Jacob and Isaac come around quite a lot to make sure the tenant needs are being meet ,I just renewed my lease before it was due to that's how happy I am here
I lived here for 5 years . When I first moved in it was great the old management were on top of everything really cleaned this place up took pride in it . Then PrimaVera Communities bought it . Issac and Terri . Just horrible people . I had a leaky roof for 2 months before they fixed it . Roaches in my kitchen they never took care of. Always said I'll Put you on the exterminator list , they never came out . Then all these shady people started moving in . One of them overdosed in the parking lot . Terri and issac don't care about you . Every maint concern was like pulling teeth with them .had to basically harass them to fix something . I couldn't get out of there fast enough. They raise the rent $50 a year . Crazy . For the money they charge you can't rent an apartment or house from someone who takes care o there properties and maybe even actually cares about you somewhat
we rented a two bedroom apartment. It's huge. We checked the apartment out before we signed our lease, we were surprised to find little things placed thru out the apartment like nite lights soap paper towels and sparkling water in the frig. The office went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Our neighbors are friendly, the building is clean, only issue is laundry machines are temperamental :)
I have lived here for almost five months, and it has truly been the best living experience I've ever had. I was nervous about having new neighbors and meeting new people, but they have truly been welcoming. The management team has been very involved in the process, and made the transition smoother than I could have ever imagined. My dog and I truly have found a place we can call home, and a welcoming community.
I recently moved into a 1 bedroom, 1 bath with my husband and our small dog and cat. We all absolutely love the apartment. The living/dining and bedrooms are huge! The building is pretty surprisingly quiet, even though I see quite a few dogs in and out daily. I nearly never hear any neighbors, not even the ones with babies. I love that I have a dishwasher in my unit, a balcony, and laundry center on each floor. It's a great building and I'd definitely recommend it!
I've been a resident of Llanerch place since 2012 and I look forward to coming home after a hard days work to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. My puppy loves the balcony where she watches the baseball games that we can see from our apartment. It is located near many of the shopping centers and close to the major highways as well.
I am a current (and returning) tenant to Llanerch Place and you couldn't ask for a more convenient location with 476 and 76 only a few miles away. Also close to great shopping center such as Springfield Mall, Walmart, DSW, and Giant is across the street. Tenants are quiet and friendly. Buildings are clean and well maintained with ample parking.
l have been benn living this apartment for 1 month it is okay
It seemed legitimate wuen i originally looked them up, in fact I thought they looked gorgeous from the photos.. but photos are deceiving I was greatly disappointed. I had learned they were "under new management" so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, they made promises they couldn't deliver, even simple ones, my lease in up in November but getting a new place THAT WON'T DECEIVE YOU, that won't tell you rent is one thing then raise it.. i just want a spacious, clean, newish apartment that I can afford and run by HONEST people that actually care about their PAYING tenants. One and Only positive.. Terri the building manager she tries her best with what's she given!!!

I moved in about a month ago, it was a quick move due to work relocation. Office staff handled everything. All I needed to do was sign my lease. The apartment was clean and I love my balcony. I would definitely recommed this place to others.
