This apartment is perfectly. The rental cost is good, not high. I’m living here for 3 months already and everything is perfect. They have a nicely manager. She very willing to helping me anytime I need. Love this apartment

Downsizing after 45 years was not easy But Molly was very patient and took the time to make sure I was comfortable as well as my sons. She made the move so easy. I'm glad I chose the ucrest apartments. My apartment was beautiful and so clean.

I’ve been a tenant at the UCrest Apartments for 4+ years. My experience has been terrific and I don’t intend to move any time soon! The apartments are spacious and up to date. Maintenance is always on call. And Molly and John in the office go the extra mile to take care of their tenants- especially now during these crazy times.

I resided in the U-Crest apartments from 2019-2020. It was my first apartment and I honestly loved my apartment! I was in the residential area and it was so quiet and peaceful. My neighbors were very friendly. The entire process was smooth from the beginning. Although my neighbor below me was unpleasant, Jon and Mollie were AMAZINGGGGGGG! If I could give them 1000 starts I would. Nothing shy of great communication, great solutions to issues that I dealt with such as parking wars with my neighbor. They were always friendly and attentive to my issues and did their absolute best to help me out. Honestly, they are the reason why I would recommend these apartments to everyone! Good landlords are hard to come by but they definitely exceeded my expectations and they NEVER EVER made me feel like I was being a nuisance. The maintenance team was also amazing as well! They responded to requests in a timely manner and were ALWAYS polite! I highly recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for their first apartment. With the correct requirements of course, living in the U-Crest apartments was an interesting yet AMAZING experience (my neighbor was an interesting person haha) but honestly, I couldn’t have picked a better place to live, especially for my first apartment. I was also so close to many grocery stores, convenient stores, and the Galleria Mall. The expressway isn’t too far from these apartments as well if you’re commuting into the city for work. All around great apartments with great landlords, great surrounding neighbors, and maintenance team. Since I recently moved out of my apartment I figured I’d write this review for anyone that is searching. I remember visiting this website after I got approved for my apartment and I didn’t see many reviews so I figured I’d come back now that I have moved out to leave one. This is my honest opinion and I promise you, you won’t regret choosing U-Crest!

Best apartment we've ever lived in! Jon and Mollie were extremely personable and did everything in their power to make sure we were happy, any maintenance requests were addressed the day of, or the day after if something pressing prohibited it. The rent was extremely affordable. We had one of the worst neighbors I've ever experienced living below us and this was still the best place I've ever lived. The only reason we moved was to finally buy our dream home, and through the whole process Jon/Mollie were totally understanding, helpful and sweet. Best place, best landlords, best everything! Will definitely be recommending to anyone who is looking for an apartment!

I have read the other reviews & just had to comment. We moved from an apartment with mold, leaks & vermin, which the landlord never did anything except a quick band aid fix here & there. We have been totally satisfied! No one was ever rude, in fact, they were very patient with my questions & after I explained our situation, helped any way they could with the process to make it as less stressful as possible. The apartment is bright, warm & clean with an actual lawn & neighbors that so far have been very friendly. The complex is within walking distance to almost everything & the 'vibe' is so much nicer than the rough end we left. We would recommend it here to anyone.
Been living at an apartment owned by pillar real estate for almost two years now. They do not take maintenance request seriously what so ever and will make repairs as CHEAP as possible. For instance when I moved in there was no ventilation fan or WORKING WINDOW in the bathroom. Anyone who knows basic science that with all that moisture trapped in a enclosed area, what do you get? thats right, MOLD! we moved into a fresh ceiling covered in mold spots and some places it was growing hair! disgusting and such a health hazard! the property manager John informed me that even in his own house he has to regularly wipe down his bathroom walls and ceilings. Really? cause all my life i've never worried about scraping mold off ceilings as part as my maintenance cleaning. Overall i've had a terrible expierence with them and am on this website again because i want to move ASAP! strongly recommend do not moving in a property owned by or operated by pillar real estate.
I, along with two other roommates, applied online to U crest apartments the second week of June with hopes of moving in early to mid August before school started. We learned we had to apply before we were even able to see the apartments, however the pictures looked hopeful. Two weeks had gone by and we hadn't heard anything about any of the applications. I contacted the out of area number, I'm assuming the real estate offices. The woman I had talked to was rude and tried to rush me. She said she would forward my application to the property manager in Cheektowaga and tried to hang up. I asked her if she would also forward the other two applications. She didn't seem to understand what I was saying. She asked how many people were living with me and I said two others. She made the insulting remark, three people in a two bedroom apartment?! She went on saying that she'd forward my application and that when they call me, which no one did, that I would have to explain that there are two other applicants and hung up. As time went on, I still never heard anything and tried to call the local office and no one answered. I had received an email late June saying I was denied for the apartments because of the rent to income ratio. My income alone was double the rent and the other two put us well over that. I called the local office and explained this to them and they said they had never even received the other two applications. They took my application out of denied to reprocess it with the others. After a week and a half of calling to checking the status of the applications, I was informed they had lost the other two applications. I remind you, these applications are all placed online and were submitted early June. Not only did they have to submit new applications, but now we have to wait for them to be processed. After calling AGAIN to check the status, I was informed that apartments will not be available until September despite early submission. I have just called today, a week after having to resubmit the applications and the person who does the processing is out of the office until NEXT Monday. I have been so utterly frustrated about this entire process. How does a real estate office lose TWO online applications? The process and applications are so frustrating and there seems to be absolutely no organization between the real estate offices and apartment offices. I have given multiple chances for the issue to be resolved and to this day I have no answers.
