Situated just west of Downtown Hollywood, the 411 Corridor has long served as one of the city's most important residential and commercial districts. It is an area filled with shops, restaurants, and other businesses, and many from the entire region come to shop in this neighborhood. It offers a nice mix of residential areas, ranging from single-family homes to condos to rental apartments. Buses run through the area daily, providing a car-free commute option for residents.

Hollywood is a beautiful city located along the Atlantic Ocean between Fort Lauderdale to the north and Miami to the south. While the 411 Corridor is on the west side of the city, this neighborhood still provides easy access to Hollywood Beach, just a few blocks east.
