Beach Coastal Scenic Tourism Ocean

Atlantic Beach is a small, upscale beach community at the far western end of Long Beach Barrier Island. As a popular resort destination, the local permanent population of around 2,000 swells considerably during the summer months. The village’s rental market is largely composed of houses and spans a broad range, from swanky to sensible. The few restaurants in the village have become local favorites: grab your morning coffee at Boardwalk Bagel or drop into Beginnings Bar and restaurant for dinner and a cocktail after hours.

Just east of town, Beech Street is lined with a much bigger selectin of eclectic eateries and bars, as well as specialty shops, arcades, and practical amenities like grocery stores and pharmacies. Of course, the beach itself is a major draw for locals and visitors alike, with the Atlantic Beach Boardwalk allowing convenient access to the beautiful coastline.
