A lot of traffic, noisy at all times of day and night. A lot of home burglaries, vandalism and property theft. Sometimes dangerous in the day and night. You have to be very on guard at all times.

Living in Atwater Village offers a suburban feel. The neighborhood is beautiful, with tree-lined streets. There are many bars and restaurants, and it is a very walkable area. On the weekend you don't have to use a car, banks, a library, and a farmers market are easily accessible. Also, we can go for a hike in 10 minutes to Griffith Park.

I've lived here my entire life and have seen it become more and more developed within the last few years. It really has become a great place to live.
