Its a nice area. Not expensive but not full of troublemakers. I am not familiar with any of the schools. There's a Mexican market nearby and convenience stores. Lots of dog owners. Supposedly the home rate went up.

We've lived in Beechview for 5 months now, the area is cheaper especially with taxes so that was a plus. It's close to everything, which we love a lot. The only problem we've had is the hills, but it's something we manage with. It's a quiet area with a lot of nice qualities.
