I love living in Beverly. I have lived in this area almost 30 years . The architecture and nature are beyond compare , I also like that it's interracial and you're exposed to to different cultures. The people here are warm and friendly and that's saying alot because this is still Chicago . I could live in Beverly forever.

Beverly is a hidden south side gem in Chicago. Many people don't know that areas like this exist on the south side where it's pretty safe and family oriented. It feels like it's own village in a massive city. I think that it's boarders of evergreen park and Dan Ryan woods plays a role in the safety and lifestyle of the area. The only concern is good public high schools, many of our kids go to private schools after elementary because high school options in the area are mediocre.
