Brickell is fast becoming the hottest neighborhood in Miami, gaining attention from regional and national press as one of the best places in South Florida to live, work, and play. In many ways, Brickell has eclipsed Downtown as the hub of business and culture in the City of Miami.
Once known almost exclusively as a business district with nothing much to do during off-hours, scores of trendy boutique shops and restaurants have emerged in recent years, boosting the appeal of this waterfront area as a residential option. Now, a healthy mix of corporate offices, dining, nightlife, and high-rise apartments and condos gives residents the ability to easily walk to work, to dinner, to a concert, or to pick up groceries. The dining and nightlife are superb, bringing the best elements of Miami’s diverse and vibrant culture to your doorstep.

Brickell has become the hotspot for tourism, work, and nightlife. With construction every day, Brickell is filled with beautiful skyscrapers, hotels, restaurants, and more. The only complaint I have is the traffic near the I-95 exits and Brickell City Center.

Coming from NYC, I've found that Brickell is the most livable part of Miami if you are looking for a neighborhood with modern infrastructure, primarily English-spoken establishments, and walkable lifestyle. People are smart and friendly and there is always something to do. Plus the metro mover and rail at Brickell Station can get you most anywhere if you're not up for driving.

What I like about Brickell is that is near my school. Brickell has many buildings and that makes it one of the only or the only place in Miami that you can go from one place to another without a vehicle. It is also full of life because is the center of Miami. The nightlife is really good because Brickell offers many bars, and clubs since is a very transited zone. However, everything comes with a price and that price is that is very expensive to live in Brickell (especially rent).

Great nightlife, good restaurants, everything is walking distance, lots of diversity. Next to the ocean and very centric.
