This celebration brings in over 30,000 people from across the Tar Heel State to honor the significance of blueberries in the region through recipe contests, a bike race, a car show, and more. Burgaw loves blueberries so much that they also host the New Year’s Eve Blueberry Drop, one of the other unique events the town hosts every year.
