I like being in a suburban community where I know my neighbors and I can feel safe in my home. Additionally, I do like having a place where I can run around outside and take my dog on a walk and feel very comfortable. However, I will say that the city schools in the surrounding area can seem to be an incubator for behavior that is seen in the out-skirted areas around Carrick, involving robberies and petty crimes, but crimes none the less.

I wouldn't live here again I had the chance. I love on the main road so there's a lot of activity. But the transportation is great , the bus runs every 10 minutes on the week days , 3 times an hour on Saturday and twice an hour on Sunday's. And they run pretty late so I wouldn't have to worry about missing a last bus. It's prodominantly whites , a few years ago Indians moved into a lot of the housing and buildings in the neighborhood. Everything you would need is within walking distance so that's nice. But I would like a different scenery to be in.
