Cascade Highlands is a small suburban neighborhood about 10 miles east of Downtown Vancouver. Rentals in Cascade Highlands include mid-range to upscale single-family houses and modern apartments. This neighborhood is great for renters who want plenty of amenities within walking distance or a short drive from home. There is an abundance of chain restaurants, popular retailers, grocery stores, and more located along Mill Plain Boulevard and Southeast 164th Avenue. This family-friendly neighborhood has one lush green space, Homestead Park, which is a popular spot for barbecues and dog-walking. Cascade Highlands is a great choice for commuters since the neighborhood is also convenient to Downtown Portland and the Portland International Airport. Interstate 205 and Highway 14 make traveling throughout the metro area easy.
