Urban Airport Affordable Public Transportation

Chicago Lawn is a small neighborhood between West 59th Street and West 63rd Street. Chicago is only an 11-mile drive or train ride north of town while Chicago Midway International Airport is five miles east. This urban district is made up of homes with a variety of affordable apartments and condos for rent. The town’s shops and restaurants are located along Kedzie Avenue as well as the northern and southern borders of town. Outside of Chicago Lawn, residents have more dining and shopping opportunities along South Pulaski Road. Residents head south of the neighborhood to Marquette (Jacques) Park, an exciting park that’s home to Marquette Lagoon, trails, golf courses, playgrounds, and more.
