Since we have all four seasons here you can expect snow year round, even in the spring. Roads get nasty and you need snow tires and some good gear if you expect to get anywhere during severe snow storms. Planning is very essential, especially if you have to drive or walk long distances. Delays should definitely be expected along with many accidents. It doesn't always snow that bad but when it does you need to be prepared, but overall the weather is nice, very bipolar but nice.

The more I analyze my city I notice that we need some kind of program for children especially troubled youth, children are the future and let's face it; they could use some work.

There is a lot of crime in this area. There is a high police presence and if you have a nice car there is a high probability that you will be harassed by the police.

Neighborhoods including City Center continued to develop, eventually causing Aurora to be the third-largest city in the state of Colorado.

To learn more about the neighborhood and area, visit the Aurora History Museum. The museum houses many important documents and artifacts important to the history of the region as well as interesting rotating exhibits. Every November and December, the Aurora History Museum hosts the Festival of Wreaths to raise money for the museum and its educational programs.

Tucked away in an unassuming corner of a strip mall, Cafe Paprika remains a well-kept secret that locals consider to be a hidden gem. Specializing in Moroccan and Mediterranean cuisine, the restaurant touts an extensive menu, serving everything from baba ghanouj to apricot chicken.

City Center residents love to start their day at The French Press, a neighborhood cafe and coffee shop. The cafe puts a creative twist on traditional breakfast items, with dishes such as zucchini pistachio pancakes, and French toast with a side of bourbon pecan maple syrup.

To catch a Broncos or Rockies game, neighborhood residents often meet a friend at Noonan's Sports Bar & Grill. With lots of televisions and an attentive bar staff, it's a great place to spend a Sunday watching football.

If a night out on the town is more your style, downtown Denver awaits you nearby. From lounges and wine bars to dive bars and night clubs, downtown has it all.
