Cochituate, pronounced “koh-chit-choo-it,” is a picturesque community in the town of Wayland, located about 20 miles west of Boston. The community boasts a park-like environment defined by lush greenery, scenic trails, and tranquil lakefront beaches. Being predominantly residential, Cochituate offers a variety of apartments, condos, and houses available for rent.
