Located about five miles north of Downtown Saint Louis, College Hill was the former location of Saint Louis University’s farm. Packed with history, College Hill is home to several landmarks including the Grand Avenue Water Tower and Bissell Street Water Tower. If you’re looking for something fun to do during the weekend, check out the Bissell Mansion Restaurant & Dinner Theatre, which offers four-course meals while performing a comedy murder mystery in a preserved home. Along with several small parks, residents have easy access to Fairground Park and O’Fallon Park to get some fresh air. The neighborhood feels slightly secluded, but it isn’t far from Downtown Saint Louis, which is only about a 10-minute drive away.
