Coquina Key is a little gem, especially if you are lucky enough to get a beautiful water view. Close to downtown.

It is a small island off to the side of St Pete. It is Middle class family neighborhood, where majority of people work in offices, constructions and retired. The island is surrounded by water on all sides, so that means a lot of residents use their boats to go out and enjoy their selves on the water. I would like to see more parties and gatherings.
